Clarks Inn, Airport Bangalore

I booked this hotel because of my past experience with Clark’s in Hubli but I was not happy with my decision

Location was not good food was not upto my taste . One glass broke when house keeping came to deliver towels . They charged me 150 plus taxes for one glass

1-the air freshener used in the highway was to strong. 2- the bed sheets were dirty 3- the towels old.They tried to put us in a room without a window! We asked to be moved and they moved us to a room without a window

Close to the airport. Easy access to taxi, less noise

Disappointed with the room aesthetics. There was no windows in the room which felt suffocating. Power to the room was disconnecting quite frequently, which made Air con to switch on forever. Food served was always cold.

The rooms are great with good service and great breakfast.

The property is really great and the service is excellent.But the location doesn’t have good options for restaurants.

This is a great transit hotel; only 20mins from the airport with modern, clean rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent value for money too. We asked for a cab to be booked for 4am to get back for our flight and it was waiting for us when we came down to reception, which was a big relief at that time of the morning!

It was strategically located near the airport approximately 12 kms. The staff was very cooperative and efficient

1Service was very good, the front desk people arranged for taxi to airport that was prompt and also updated my room change. Service at restauarant was very nice too.

I had to change to a room with window, after first they gave a windowless room.

I have NOT AT ALL Boarded the Hotel, still they have deducted my Rs.4837/-+Rs.4837/- = i.e. a Total of Rs. 9674/- deducted since I happened to use your portal to book the hotel. VERY BAD & Disgusting episode with me. Please refund my Rs.9674/- forcibly looted by the hotel

But since their check-in time did NOT suit me & can not suit anybody business official traveling for work at Bangalore, VERY BAD & Disgusting episode with me. Please refund my Rs.9674/- forcibly looted by the hotel since by mistake I entered my credit card details at their booking form. This gives me a VERY BIG LESSON as NEVER to use the BOOKING.COM portal & NEVER TO BOOK HOTEL CLARKS-INN any time after in my entire life. I would advise co-travelers to remain ALERT from THE FRAUD committed by the hotel

We chose the hotel just for the locationWe were attending a event at the embassy riding club ans this is the only decent hotel in 15 mins drive rangeRoom was large and comfortable

Definately can do better with room service and better quality linen, also have a better selection of TV channels , not just catering to local stations.Room service asked for 45 mins to deliver a cup of tea....need to fix that for sure!Also wifi in todays world needs to stay on , not log in every day separately for each day of your stay.

Close enough to the airport. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Breakfast and other amenities were good.

Commuting from hotel to elsewhere was slightly difficult using Uber app. But hotel would arrange drop on request.The reception staff were always busy difficult to reach through phone. Thanks to GM who was always kind and readily answered all our queries.

Close to the airport and east access from the expressway. Clean and neat rooms with parking close to the property.

No parking space , some space is there for parking which was full of water, In sweet room, property was charging for the extra water bottle.

Too many insects in the washroom , food was very ordinary

1) the internet signal is extremely weak as there is only one router on the floor serving all the rooms2) TV in the room did not work3) Most rooms have no windows4) staff is untrained, 5) Location of hotel is good and also the roof top restaurant are positives

They need to fix the internet issue and put a router in each room
