Very worst , no basic hygienic maintained. Room is full of mesquites and no TV working at all.Building looks good but inside very worst toilet.

Not worth the money.Paid 4k for a superior deluxe room, no Facilities were provided. Had to ask for every single thing. The bed was very bad- not comfortable at all and no free air circulation in the room. Not preferred for elderly persons. Washroom maintenance was very poor as well.

A good property at a decent location but they are not providing facilities as mentioned in the Booking.com site/app.

1) Cleanliness should be improved2) Before allotting a room to a customer, all essential things to be filled up3)I've stayed for two nights and the TV is not working, when contacted the reception, she was blaming Wi-Fi!!!4) No bathroom slippers are provided5)No mini bar items as shown in the app.6) For every new customer, they are not changing the linen, they are just arranging them neatly, it is unhealthy and unhygienic.

Location and food were good.

Poor hospitality,poor staff performance. Room is not clean well. Lack of hair dryer,bath towel, toilet wipes and door mat. No tea bags or coffee bag for making tea or coffee. Only kettle and water.

Locality, rooms, services etc. Were good. Helpful staff. Extra requests were met nicely.

Water is chargeable after 1st time. Previously wherever I have stayed, got complimentary bottels per day.Also, for off time meals, options are bit limited. For eg in evening, ice creams were not available, nor there was anything available for kids.

AC not working. Too much hot even if you use a fan. Stayed in room# 1006. No safety for the room. Balcony room can open from the outside. We can't lock the door. Any one can enter easily to room via balcony. I informed the receptionist and they tell that that door doesn't have lock.

Situated at a very convenient location where most of the things you might need are close by. Restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets everything is in close proximity. The rooms are spacious, clean and have modern style furniture and appliances. Signing into my Netflix, youtube & prime account with the smart tv was super convenient. There was ample cupboard space along with a locker. 3 Restaurants available in the hotel building with Variety of options. Delicious south Indian breakfast is available in one of the restaurants in the hotel premises.

support people are extremely helpful and very friendly. its a yes for people who wants to stay in whitefield

Very good location, staff people approach was excellent... Actual I forgot my jacket in the room but the reception manager called me and gave information about the jacket ... Very good and excellent staff people...

Cleanness

1.No tea or coffee sechet.2. No extra water bottle .3. No restroom at reception ,which is biggest mistake of architecture. 4.Tata sky not recharged5. main is they covered the metteresse with thick polythene bags which is very irritating when you sit on bed or change side while sleeping. Check attached Pic.6. Zero variety in the name of breakfast except sambar dosa , idly ,juice only.7. Room walls not clean , check attached pic.

It's location was excellent.In house staffs were quite courteous and helpful.

The location of this Hotel is good . It's facilities provided at wi-fi,AC,TV...all function good. It has comfortable staying for the guest

According to the price ,the hotel authority should arrange minimum breakfast for the guests at free of cost and also room services for cleaniness should be provided everyday for the the hygiene.
