Breakfast was good and the location excellent

Dining area could have been outside as the room dining is not always preferable.

My stay was pleasant ,had issue with toiletries which was resolved in 15 mins.

It’s not a hotel …. It’s a lodge

Rooms are congested and smoke smell in rooms

Best thing about the hotel was the staff. The staff were very helpful and readily available for all the needs. Very well behaved. I give 10/10 to the staff. Special mention of Mr. Arif who helped us a lot during our stay.

My room was next to reception so it was noisy sometimes. The room was very very small and the location is very bad as there is too much noise and not a good car parking area. The room has no ventilation. There is just one small window which we cant open as it is right adjacent to the next building. It felt claustrophobic.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast. Wifi connectivity was difficult to connect at times. We will definitely come back again next time. The location is fabulous.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Value for money property. Staff was helpful and they got me tea, water and snacks very quickly and very early in the morning.

Slight traffic in approach road

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Nice location, overall quite clean, staff very helpful

I found cockroaches in my room, and had to kill 4-5 of them. TV only shows free channels, none of the paid channels work, even after repeated reminders.

No channel was working as services were suspended....also charges were little high if compared on the location and room facilities

Size of the room was ok.

Wifi was not working. Glasses were not clean, cupboard was not operating properly.

Very worst hotel dont stay here

First of all the reception people will not give any information just they take bill money ,there is no tv ,room service is very bad, they didnt give me tha printed bill, so dont go to this hotel u will get looted surely, the room is full of dirty smell

I stayed here with my son for his exam. Stay was very comfortable. Staff and owner were very cooperative. Near clean room and bathroom.

Clean and spacious rooms at the center of Bangalore, with easy access to everywhere. The breakfast was sumptuous, and complimentary water bottle added feather to cap. The availability of almost everything, which one may need, was at walking distance. The food delivery to location was available even till late night (over midnight) hours.

Barring that the hotel is located off the main road, there is nothing negative about it.

the location is great!

the airco in the room makes a lot ofnoise. after asking about it. the answer was yes that normal it will stop after 30 min. (it didn’t) we couldn’t keep it on during the night because of the sound. and it also couldn’t really keep the room cold. we told we would like to have breakfast at 9.00 ( breakfast is between 8.00-9.00). but at 8.10 they woke us up for breakfast. we tried one bite bus definitely not our favorite.

The room was clean and right size.The hot water was available and the toilet was clean.

The bed was very flimsy and was making noise with every movement. The kettle provided was not working. The towel that was provided was of poor quality and was stinking.
