The location

The towels were smelly and not so clean The taps were leaking ++

After asking for things (water, buckets, even a towel rack!) and maintenance super-quick!

They were out of stock for dine-in food, shower/shampoo pumps hadn't been working, quilt cover a little too twilly/rough (could be replaced), partner found the bed not too comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and the location was convenient with easy access to everything we needed. The lunch from the shared kitchen was excellent, and everything was very clean throughout.

Location

The wash basin pipe was not having hot and cold functions , when turn on heater only hot water was flowing and I had no option to use the wash basinShould have an iron box as it is a 1 bhk facilityTwin room had only one set of toiletries

The accommodation itself - bed, bathroom, kitchen - were fine. Nothing remarkable, but adequate.

Everything was a lot of extra trouble - having to have cash for room service, QR codes that didn't work, needing help with the key and the aircon. They seem to be trying to make things cuter than needed. Breakfast buffet was largely at room temperature, and the cooked items were tiny.

I didn't opt for breakfast. My room was upgraded as there was drilling sound disturbing in the room I booked.

Great location and service. Clean and comfy room.

Warm helpful and attentive staff made the stay super comfortable. They were amazing (thank you!). The studio is well equipped to warm food or make tea or coffee. It's clean, wifi worked well, and the AC was crispy cold. There's drinking water & a fountain in the hallway to refill. There is construction noise, & dogs etc, if I was working in the room it might be challenging (it does stop at night, even the wailing dog slept). And the larger street outside is under construction so just FYI. The bed mattress could be improved (a little bit lumpy..) but it was alright for a short stay. Location is great, walkable to MG road & lots of restaurants & shopping. To be centrally located in the city and comfortable I would recommend this hotel.

Construction

I dont think breakfast is offered here. This is a quiet room with basic facilities and good if you need a longer stay with some cooking requirements. They have such a facility.

Nothing really that stood out - maybe just the location.. a little away if you wish to walk to the centre.

My stay at the hotel was extremely comfortable The property is absolutely awesome neat, clean, and well-maintained.a special thanks to the reception team and the manager for their warm hospitality. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful and always ready to assist with anything needed The overall atmosphere had really good vibes. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others

First of all, the staff deserves a special thanks, especially Muzaffar. Always friendly, attentive, and smiling, the staff tried to accommodate and help us with all our requests to ensure we had a great stay.They are the main reason for the high rating.The hotel provides good value for the price. Especially the common room where you can play table tennis or table soccer is great for hanging out. The room was bigger than expected, the bed comfortable, some basic amenities are there. However, it would be nice if a hairdryer could be added to the rooms.The location in general is convenient, since you can reach the metro station, church street, good restaurants, cafes, and malls by walk.

The only downside we need to point out is that the main access road to the hotel is currently under construction and thus not so easily walkable. This is not something the hotel can control though, so we kept our high rating, but people traveling with carriers/heavy luggage should be aware. Also, since some construction work is being done at night and might disturb light sleepers, I would try requesting a room facing away from the main road.

Great location, next ro MG road, Brigade Rd, easy reachability to near by Malls , cafes, shopping arenas and Metro stations . parking space for own vehicles.cozy comfortable, and value for the money option.

Clean and well-organized stay! The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The receptionists greeted us with warm smiles, which made check-in pleasant and welcoming. Overall, a great experience!

The location is good, right next to Garuda mall. The coffee machine was good.

They clean up the room every day. All staffs are helpful with smile. Location is also good, I think. I could walk to MG Road metro station. On the way to the station, there are many shops and cafes. There is a shopping mall nearby.

They said that they change sheets alternate day, but they didn’t even I requested it at the reception. The breakfast option is a few.

Didn't like anything at all. 0 maintenance, 0 amenities, [ you have to request iron, iron board etc] . I requested but never got it and received a message saying my request has been processed. Manager explained there are patches on standard room wall because I booked a standard room, which is a ridiculous logic. I paid 3000 bucks to get a room with patches on the wall and the plywood disintegrating at door endings. Flush once used takes around 5 minutes to refill. Creamer provided was expired stuff.The hotel has an overall drab dull and run down look in contrast to the glossy pictures to lure innocent customers online. I had booked 3 rooms online and had to book 1 more room on the spur of the moment as the bed size was so small as against queen bed mentioned on the website. I felt embarrassed to provide my family with such rooms even after paying a premium amount. I felt cheated of my money. This was the worst ever hotel....it isn't infection a hotel . It is some kind of apartments converted to hotel. I request booking.com to delist it from its website. The positive reviews which I read and booked this hotel seems to be paid reviews.
