Warm Greetings! I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bangalore, from April 15 to April 18, 2025, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and an efficient check-in process. My sincere thanks to Aaryan and Divya at the front desk for their professionalism, courtesy, and ever-present willingness to assist with a smile. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained, offering a calm and comfortable environment throughout my stay. I would also like to commend Ganesh from housekeeping for his meticulous attention to detail and polite service. The culinary offerings were equally impressive—both in quality and quantity—adding greatly to the comfort and enjoyment of my stay. I was especially touched by the hotel’s thoughtful gesture in honoring my foreign guest. Special thanks to Divya and Aaditya for their outstanding coordination and considerate service, which truly elevated the experience. I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Bengaluru! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff truly stood out. A special shoutout to Divya, Mousumi, and Aaryan at the front desk — each of them was incredibly polite, helpful, and courteous, always going the extra mile to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.The housekeeping team deserves appreciation for maintaining spotless rooms and responding promptly to requests. I’d also like to commend the concierge staff, who were a huge help in guiding Uber drivers to the correct gate every single time — a thoughtful touch that made commuting hassle-free.The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, with a good variety of options to suit all palates.All in all, a truly pleasant and memorable experience. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bengaluru and will definitely return on my next trip!

Everything was extremely perfect, check in/out process was very smooth and fast, big thanks to Sumit and Divya for their great support during our stay.Also they have extended our checkout time till 4 PM which was very helpful due to our late flight, thanks to Mr. Abdul Mannan for his approval, its highly appreciatedBig thanks to the F5 Restaurant team as well for their kindness and great service.

The rooms were impeccably maintained, with no unpleasant odors, and everything felt very new. The facilities were also top-notch, contributing to a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is in it’s own business park with other buildings similar, own little slice of paradise. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The staff were amazing, Mevin is very welcoming and good at his job.

Up around the pool area smelt really bad because it was so close to the smog but we didn’t even use the pool (which was beautiful).

The staff and attendees at the restaurant and dinner table were caring, friendly, and attentive. The food was tasty, and there was a variety of menu options.

The check-in at the lobby was insulting, as the manager continuously mentioned that "I had to PAY." I have never experienced a situation where guests are asked to pay during check-in. Even at the Bar counter, the manager mentioned that I was required to pay for a soda can and that it could not be billed against my room. It is really insulting to my family and me. The hotel mentioned my room was upgraded, but it was the same type of room. We only have one toiletry set for a three-guest check-in. This is not acceptable.

Very accommodating staff and clean facilities. Wonderful food and Chef Anustee was very kind and mindful of allergies.

It's clean, modern and has a friendly staff. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also a decent size. It is quiet at night.

1.Reception staff , Mevin Lettcher ( guest relations executive) & Pasang were courteous , pleasant, helpful-approachable always2.Check-in process: fast; no hassles3.Location-Convenience and ease of staying near the conference venue- “Hilton Convention Centre” 4.Restaurants surround the hotel from fine dining to…1km by walk will find you your closest McDonalds or just across from the hotel , Dominoes 5. Breakfast spread though not typical for the Hilton group of hotels,the trainee chefs , Janpreet and the Anushree ( not sure of her name but she was in charge of the live French toast /waffles station, on two out of the four days that we were there for) forthcoming in giving us options , to taste some healthy petit fours or by whipping up delicious French toast6.Bathroom and bedroom quite spacious to place luggage 7.Bedroom booked was for 2 individuals , with queen sized bed & a sofa bed - very comfortable 8. 24x7 hot water9.Stayed in room 2312 - the view , non smoking and noise free

Pool and gym located in another building2.The entry to the hotel is a bit congested ,as road work is going on ; so exploring by foot or hailing an Uber is also cumbersome3.Normally the 5-star and 7-star hotels leaves complimentary notes or welcome gestures, items for their guests4.There was limited variety of Continental breakfast ; Bakery items at breakfast time -found them to be stale

Comfortable and well appointed rooms with a beautiful view of North Bengaluru. Staff are very helpful too.

Location is very nice with lot of restraunts around. Great Buffet at hotel and a positive staff. The outside sitting is beautiful.
