I booked a double bed room but they offered me only a twin saying it wasn't available. Told me only suites were available and it would cost me 6k more

Great location, ample space for car parking, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very good - walkable from Hoodi metro.

The rooms did not match the photos and were poorly lit.

The housekeeping staff were very kind enough to arrange the items. Food is delicious.

Reception desk is not so great

I needed an earlier check in(around 8 hrs) and was also checking out(same around 8 hrs) earlier. They charged me extra for it. I was hoping that it would get waived off. Thats the only feedback I have. It's a nice and simple place.Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast there is not that good.

BreakfastMay be they should have a process on early check in and early checkout.

The first stay at ICON was good and we thought our time would go well there. The only thing is that the day was saved by attitude of staff like Purandhar Patra and Hemant who were very helpful.

When it comes to the list of things we didn't like, of course the list is long. The female staff at the counter was very rude and I cannot imagine how she is still in job after behaving to customers in the hotel industry.The money charged for a deluxe room was humongous compared to the size of the room for a family of three. The photos on the website are misleading showing a bigger and more spacious picture.The hotel being on the roadside gives you quite sleepless nights and you don't need alarms to get up. You will be woken up suddenly by the honking of the vehicles. The rates of the hotel are outrageous compared to the market. Don't understand on what basis they are charging so much.

Staff behaviour, cleanliness

Direct enquiry they are providing excellent room. If we booking through booking.com they provide moderately room.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and quite. I like the bed and showers with hot water. The location of the hotel is also very accessible to metro, auto and bus stations.

TV doesn't work for some unknown reason and wifi is pretty slow.

We went to stay for 1 night and booked for one queen size bed through booking.com , when my partner went to check in they provided twin sharing room - two single bed . We connected with Booking.com irrespective of showing email confirmation and getting emails from booking.com executive they denied us a room with Queen size bed and we have to continue with twin sharing room. Perthitic reception staff .

They should have given us what we have booked for

Everything is good

The hotel didnt receive the mail from your side.when i reached there all bookings full and told me no rooms were available but instead of the booked room they gave a executive room which I had to pay more with breakfast eventhough breakfast was arranged with the older room

The location, room and almost everything was nice. Rooms have good lighting and almost all the rooms are front city facing. Room service was nice and taste of food was also quite good

The bed was not very comfortable.The wifi password needs to be updated daily and it keeps disconnecting for which you need to log in again.You step out for few mins from your work laptop and the wifi is disconnected

We had a good stay but breakfast could have been better no complain but bed was bit uncomfortable to sleep

rooms were clean.

booking was not showing in the hotel and they asked us to go to different hotel of their chain as they were sold out. the room was similar in other hotel it was clean but service was bad. rooms service if u need anything need to call them 5-6 times for same thing. And the man receptionist at night was rude and did not know how to speak to customers

Rooms are of good size, clean and had everything we needed, room service was also very nice.

I didn't like any of their services, including breakfast. The service and amenities were horrible, and there was little value for money. Calls and inquiries are ignored by the property. Even if booking.com modified the dates based on the customer's request, they do not reimburse your remaining days if you overpaid and checked out early. It's pathetic, and they don't seem to care about customer service. This is the least enjoyable stay I've ever had.
