The dim lights, noiseless rooms, very calm stay

Very good rooms with good location and staffs are very helpful

Well-maintained space, supportive staffs, and restful sleep.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Staff members were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any request.

Rooms were clean, cooperative staff, good location

The location is nice. The room is quite cute with good ventilation. The staff is sweet.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and the water geyser did not work, so he had no hot water to shower. Bathroom quality needs to improve!

It’s in a good location

The room I got was not so clean, no towels, there was Ac but no remote control and was barely working, the cushion was stinking (smelled like it was washed and not dried properly). Cherry on top while checking the reception asked for my phone so they can rate the place by themself, I was flabbergasted. I refused and said that I’ll do it myself later

The parking by other guests was haphazard hence parking was difficult firstly, the air conditioner was not working properly, no ceiling fan was available at all. Since reached the property around 11pm , no other rooms were available and did not want to search for any other property. The reception informed that hotel is fully booked. So no choice.Pls see that AC unit is repaired before someone else complains ( room #301)

Staff polite attitude

Limited facilities that staff couldn't help evn though they wanted too. Very polite staff.But management is poor by owner.

Hot water issues, the kettle had a fly in it due to which we had food poisoning, at times there was no water in the bathroom and we had to use another place for usage of water

Nothing at all, wanted to move out the very next day but due to ignorant response, no refund option & unnecessary delay had to just adjust. Absolutely disappointing, surely not worth the money & images provided on website are almost like a scam to what the property & the room actually looks like in real life. However, services were quick.

Allowed foreigners to reserve a room then didn't honour the booking at check-in. Attempted to take payment anyway. Hostile staff who were unapologetic for the difficult position they had put us in.

Scam hotel. Charges non Indians before arrival then refuses to honour booking.

Doesn't accept foreigners but attempts to take card payment regardless. No warning of this on booking.com despite raising the issue.
