The room was ok

OYO sent me the link to make the payment and I paid in full amount.. Upon reaching the hotel the person at reception named Sachin told me he cannot allot me the room at the paid price and demanded that I pay him additional 700 rupees more to accept my booking. I had no choice since I reached there around 8.30pm and was tired already. Booking.com should backcharge the addiction amount to OYO and refund me the 700 rupees to my account. AC remote is not given I spite of AC in the room. The TV channels don't work as the dish box is not paid. Also he told me very clearly that I can complain to OYO or booking.com if I don't like the hotel policy. This hotel should be delisted as it wants to make more money in the wrong way from the customers. I have attached the document which shows I paid the extra charges which is written by the same reception person.

WI-FI is working fine and bathroom is little Okay; otherwise overall it is not worth the rate paid for.

Mattresses and towel were very poorly maintained and almost unusable ones.Staff at reception very much rude and not much supportive and giving mis-directions while paying the rent and very much commercial.

The price of Oyo is not accepted. Insisted on revised fare of 1100 and oyo did not help in intervening the process.

Proximity to work

They charged 140% additional what was mentioned at booking.com app and without paying everything in advance they will not let you in . The reason they gave was app is not showing the updated pricing. The reception was rudest of all and wondering how do they manage to do the business with such arrogance. When asked for the entitled complementary breakfast the person said it is not there and have to go out. They won't leave any opportunity to get money out of customer pocket. Water bottles to drink you have to get on their own as they don't have room service.

He made me pay additional amount of rs. 1200/- for the second days pay saying the amount collected was only for one day

Comfortable stay

I was asked to pay Rs 2200/- instead of actual charges booked by me, for two nights by hotel manager saying there was problem in the server due to which the actual hotel charges were not reflected in BOOKING.COM website.So Hotel manager argued with me and denied to provide room. However, I made him realise that it was not the mistake of customer (me) and I insisted upon staying in the same charges, then he made me to speak to his boss, I briefed him the whole story. Thereafter I was allowed to stay at the same charges as per my booking.Other than this incident, the stay was cool.

Pathetic - Cost escalated as Guests reached oyo

The charges they took was higher than reflected on booking.com. Guests on reaching there were not at all comfortable. The receptionist gave an excuse of server issues. Pathetic service

The room size was just what was needed. It was quite neat and clean. The staff members were cooperative and responding.

The choice of channels on TV was very limited. You get free to air channels only and hardly any paid channels. The free breakfast was not up to the mark. One would do well to order food on online apps.

Rooms are good and are located in good area. Willing to visit again.

They didn't give us the Invoice. Also have no Manual Bill.

Staff, The place, location

It’s a very new hotel. Though the rooms are small, it met our expectation. Hotel Staffs are nice. Facility is surrounded by good number of restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

I would like to highlight certain things which require improvement. Should consider to have a intercom facility too to call the room service instead of calling their mobile numbers. Consider to keep water bottles or mug in the room.
