PLenty. 1. Full amount was paid prior to check in still gues was asked to pay.2. wi-fi never worked, inspite of repeatative reminders.3. Even to ask for a simple water bottle, guest has to call number of times.4. Tarrif had included both Breakfast and dinner part of the deal. Staff did not provide many options and the portion given was very small.5. Overall extremely terrible, unprofessional and zero customer service. They did not give a damn about customer service.6. None of the other guests were also happy.7. My guest checked out two days prior because of poor service.8. I demand full refund.

The staff is highly ill mannered and use abusive language with the costumers.

There is nothing in the hotel to like. The infra is poor, rooms are pathetic, service is extremely poor and staff is highly ill mannered.

They demanded extra money on the spot. Bookings offered me 2000/per night they asked for 5,000/per night. Even after paying the amount they denied early check-in for name sake its is 5 star, in reality it is not even 3 start property * tv not working * bathroom water leaked into living space * curtains switch was not working* reception people never responded needful literally had horrible experience

In the description they mentioned that the breakfast was continental, American and Asian but it was not that at all. All the provided was Indian food. There was no channels on the TV except for news.

Absolutely nothing to like about this hotel.

The rooms are dirty. Beds are dirty. Towels are dirty. No toiletries provided. When asked for toiletries, the staff looked at us like we are asking for gold. Suspicious wifi connection. Pathetic breakfast and awful staff in the restaurant. The behavior of staff and the other customers indicated the hotel might be used as brothel house, though not sure.

Except for bibek or vivek the housekeeping staff. Nothing else

Linen and bed sheet etc was disgusting, room was like a matchbox. They don't have any room service in room dining. No valet service.

Its perfect for business trip where all you need the place for is to sleep. Its clean and functional.

While most of the staff was cordial and helpful, one Mr. Mani left us with an extremely unpleasant experience because of his attitude. His aim is short and simple- Please the MD even at the cost of displeasing the guests. Be careful what you ask him. Also- there is NO breakfast. You have to order from couple of items and they were terribly equipped. No bread. No ketchup. Slow.

The room was not as shown in the photos, the toilet smelled very bad, the bed was not comfortable, the bedsheet had stains, overall i would say very poor experience in the hotel.

It was Excellent location and breakfast was good. especially staff were too comfortable to communicate and they are supportive. The service was excellent. Room was so good and clean and excellent to stay especially for families. Overall it was nice trip and enjoyed a lot. Thanks

This property is very nice, clean and very new property. Excellent location, Very good service from staff. Since this was new to us. But overall this is excellent property to stay. Family suite is excellent and definately will visit again. Thanks
