- My confirmed corporate booking somehow didn't show up at hotel. I told staff about my booking and checked in. At the time of checkout, I was asked to pay far more than the amount shown in my confirmed booking. What made it far worse for me was - checkout staff told me that I asked for a new booking and also asked for AC room, at the time of check-in, both of which were completely untrue. Guy was unprofessional and I had to ask him to not raise his voice on me. Wasted a lot of my time and I left with a bad taste in my mouth.

could find lot of small cockroaches and seems they are not maintaining it using disinfectants. Toiletries were not provided initially and when we asked they provided two towels for four family members and nothing else.

Hygiene standards need to be better. There were a few tiny cockroaches in the room. The staff needs some grooming and vocational training. They were not as polite as expected in the hospitality sector.
I stayed in Hotel UT Elite. The complimentary break fast was clean, fresh, nutritious and tasty. Room service was also prompt. The room boys are always ready to serve in a friendly and respectful way. Interior was tastefully done and bath room facilities are user friendly and functional. Also, peaceful inside though located near Majestic and SBC rly station
South Indian Thali meals for lunch would have been great.
