Close to 100 feet road in indiranagar.

Very bad service, TV doesn't work. Internet is slow and has to get the username/password everyday at the reception. Stuff is broken. Bugs in the room.

Room is not clean, service is not good at all.

The staff were very attentive, and the location of the hotel is truly excellent.

This hotel feels as though it has seen better days. I initially stayed in a room with what was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I could feel the wires through the mattress, which made for a very restless night and forced me to change rooms the following day. I was given a choice of two other rooms that were an improvement, but still not what I had expected.The main issue is that the hotel overall feels very old and in need of refurbishment. This is especially noticeable in the bathroom and toilet areas. The shower was rusty, some fixtures were broken, and it looked as though these spaces hadn’t been upgraded in a long time. It simply didn’t feel clean or pleasant.My stay included breakfast, but this was never mentioned or offered to me. While I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t plan to have breakfast anyway, it was still strange that it was never brought up.Overall, the stay was okay, but for the price I paid, I believe I could have found much better accommodation elsewhere.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and rooms were adequate and clean for the pricing

The staff were rude. We checked in late at night and it was for the bride to wake up in the morning to get her makeup done for the wedding. The staff didn't allow the makeup artist to visit without us paying an extra charge. After an extended dialogue, they allowed us to proceed.

Unclean. Cigarette smell in the rooms. Sofa was full of dirt. Unprofessional staff. Not worth for the money we spent.

The location was great and has a lot of restaurants around.

The rooms and bathrooms were rusty and mirrors had moulds. Room service wasn't provided daily but upon request which was a bit odd.

The bathroom wasn't maintained well, the lift wasn't functioning. The staircase wasn't open initially but had to be opened because the lift stopped working. It's a fire safety by not having the staircase open and cleanly available. There was a kind of smell in the room, and it felt like a lot of room freshener was added.

Everything other than location . I generally try not to give bad reviews. However my stay at UPAR hotels has been one of the worst experiences. The photos of the facade are very misleading. Inside is a shabby, mismanaged and rundown place. I am uploading a few photos to substantiate my review. On checking in we found that the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. I had to squash a cockroach. There was water seeping out of the flooring in the mornings. They say breakfast is included. But what they do is buy some breakfast from somewhere and deliver it to your room. With the quality and hygiene that is demonstrated, wonder where they get their breakfast from. This place is not worth it even for 1/3 the price. Stay away.

AC is not working properly, No hygiene, old unhygienic bed, old TV, Tv is not working properly, kettle is not working properly, for name sake it's deluxe,over priced ?.

Nice size room, comfortable bed.

Staff was not very helpful for a tourist.

Service was Good and up to our expectation.

Water botte per day was 1liter to the limit, where as we stayed as 3 in the room which was not sufficient.

1 One of the staff member at the reception was co operative ( male staff name I did not ask)2.Hot & normal temp water3.Provision of electric kettle for tea/hot drinking water(Though only 2 coffee sachets & 2 sugar sachets were provided which were insufficient for 4 people)

1, Two staff member at reception ( 1 lady & other one male ) were arroogant/non co operative (names I did not ask)2,Did not give us the Invoice for the payment made3,Phots on your site are totally different than actual 4,Your estimated price for the room we booked was not accepted by them . they demanded almost 30% more than that5,No policy regarding extension of the stay

Bathroom was clean and neat

Breakfast which they use to bring from outside which was not satisfied.

The location, cleanliness and easy checkin. Requested an early checkin and it was arranged. Friendly staff. The suite room has a good functioning mini fridge and kettle to prepare coffee and tea. A lot of pubs and eateries near by. The suite room is quite big.

Car parking is a bit of a hassle but not the worst.
