I had a fantastic experience at fabhotel shreyas inn the hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and spacious rooms making my staff comfortable and relaxing the staff were welcoming and always ready to assist which made me feel right at home

overally my experience was good and exceptional

I recently had a wonderful stay at Fabhotel shreyas inn and the rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed , providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive , making sure all my needs were meet the hotels location was ideal, with easy access to dining options. i also appreciated the complimentary breakfast

Hotel is easily accessible location wise and Breakfast also good.

Maintenance was sooooooooooooooooooooo bad.Toilet Flush not workingGeyser is not workingWhen I turn on the AC it sounds like an old Royal Enfield bike even the Fan also.Room is not clean enough. Lot of hair is flying the room everywhere.

Near to my workplace

Everything AÇ is not working, lifts are too slow, no cleanliness, geyser is not working, TV cable is not proper and loosing connection again and again, no proper service, bed sheet and bedspread are too dirty, washroom lites are too dim, completely disappointed with the stay and the money paid is totally not worth so requesting to check and return some percentage of the paid money.

Ac wasn't wrking, nor was the TV, bed sheets were not clean.. no amenities. No kettle. No regular cleaning. The dustbin were not unloaded from the last guest visit.

Passable

Remote for ac/tv was always a problem. I had to call staff asking for ac remote and they get some remote switched on the ac and then took the remote back with them!

Nothing really, apart from it being close to offices.

- Old unmaintained building- Hygiene standards very poor- Staff does not regularly clean even though they are asked to.- Fixtures in the bathroom dont work, regulators dont too

Booking was for 5 Adults and three children, but breakfast given 5 Plats only which is not good.

Rooms shown during booking time was not similar type Room..

Bad

-> No cleanliness.-> Bedsheets were not washed properly and they’re stained.-> bad smell across the hallway, in the room.-> No towels (facepalm, or should I be thankful?)-> Staff’s not polite.

The hotel didn't have basic things kept in the room which had to be asked from the staff who was helpful

The Hotel comes under the banner FAB HOTELS but it is disappointing that FAB HOTELS do not keep a check on its maintenance.Walls were damp. The curtains were very dirty. Linens were not changed everyday. Room cleaning was not upto the mark. Necessities like Goodnight, tissues, toothpaste, TV connection, TV remote etc were missing.

it was in prime location and food was good enough

room service could be improved. every time I have to call them for complimenting water and toiletries. they have changed the bed spread and towel through out the stay

Since there is water logging due to heavy rains, we can’t find any transportation to that hotel from railway station. When we informed about this, they are not ready to cancel the booking & refund the advance. Very worst customer service

Beautiful interior design . Lovey designed room ; good food and great service and staff.ambiance was perfect for the stay. order delivery was fast and cleanliness was at its best.

Not a good choice to stay but as it is nearer to the office it was selected .

Staff Behaviour is very bad especially the person holding the reception counter.Also Hot water not available coninuously. Toilets are smellingOne day there was a Water Not in the morning for 6 hours due to some problem.There are no alternate arrangements made for water availability.

The room was spacious , nearby to my office.

There is some problem with the plumbing system. The water is brown and stinks of the gutter. There is a ton of sediment. This place is a health hazard. It should be closed down and the plumbing problem should be fixed.

AC was taking lot of time to cool off the room, very unpleasant stay, Shower was not working despite repeated complaints.
