Olive Hotel Indiranagar by Embassy Group

2.Olive (Bangalore) - There was no food/ restaurant- not even breakfast. Water problem (1st day water did not come), they provided 2 buckets of water when I asked while I checked-in. WIFI non functional on day 2.

Horrible experience

nice and comfortable stay, i felt very secure.. . staff is very good.

less Ventilation. it was too cold esp in winter season.guests are making noise which was little annoying

Bedspreads and pillow covers are dirty or not washed to clean white. Lot of hair pieces on the bed. Not cleaned properly after the previous customer checkout

The address has to be updated. I was repeatedly taken by the cabs to 100 feet road Olive. Then I started mentioning opp. George Thangaiah hall. I reached safely. Pls update address

Stay was pleasant but the water was not working. The toilet flush was not working and hot water was there making it difficult for showering. Other than that i liked the overall stay.

There was nothing good about this place. I had booked four rooms, none of the rooms had a working air condition, running water and the staff were not helpful in addressing any of these concerns. I would ideally want my money refunded.

Had an amazing stay at Olive Hotel...the location was perfect...and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent staff.

1) The staff's behaviour was very good. 2) The room size and bed was good. 3) The location of Hotel is very nice.

1) The dental tool kit is not there. 2) little expensive considering they don't provide any meal because they don't have in house dining. 3) TV didnot work properly. It was buffering a lot. 4) no option to call reception directly. You have to use the application for any request.

The property was not able to provide an extra bed even after following up many times, they finally provided at midnight and charged full price. The property smells of ganja and cigarettes when complained a staff member comes to the floor and completely ignores the smell and stated he was not able to smell anything

Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made us feel right at home.The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for our needs.
