Nothing I like in this hotel

The worst experience in my trip was this room Very rude Staff, Room Was not like a photo a/c and water heater not working receptionist is very rude..

New way of ordering stuff from the hotel (F&B)

Food is also good, we are searching about this hotel in online, the rooms photos are not same as online photos, very bad condition,This is not **** catogory hotel ,only same as local hotel.

It was OK - o thing compared with what is offered in other hotels

Staff couldn’t speak English, towels were a disgrace - they were shredded. Check out early morning was impossible.

Breakfast was fine. Pool was fine. Bedroom was fine. Staff at reception was helpful.

too many flies in the restaurant. no lamp switch on both sides of the bed, only on one side. Cockroach in room 2 x then they gave me a different room. I don't like the bathroom so much and that is where the mosquitos came in. So you had to leave bathroom door closed or you got mosquitos in the room. The shower didn't work properly, too weak so I used the Indian way to shower. Also sometimes hot water not quite so hot. anyway, bathroom could look better also. I was put in the second building and long walk to main reception.

Room is spacious and big with a balcony.

In Toilet, bath towel hanging rail was broken, as well as hand towel hanging rail. Water was getting stucked, not properly getting drained. Drainage had a block. There was no periodic clearing of blocks from drainage inside the shower cabin.

Hotel is not good & no water for bath in morning till 09:30 am

Very poor

Rooms not a clean . Cigarette buds are there in balcony. Inside room also full of dust , Damaged floor , damaged wallpaper over all rooms looks very shabby.

Excellent location. Spacious room with balcony. Room services are great .

Could improve the varieties of food available for breakfast by including more continental food.

Location is the only good thing about the proprty.

Front desk staff is rude. As if they are doing you a favour.Selected room was not available. They provided another room very late. Basic facilities like cloth iron is not available. This is not a hotel just a sports club with rooms. Advice is to focus on providing good service and train the staff.

The receptionist was very helpful and actively accommodating every person trying to check-in and check out. The restaurant and bar is very quick in service , the location is excellent and accessible to many places nearby. An SBI ATM right outside the hotel.

Due to less cleaning staff, the quality of cleaning is a bit slow and low. No soap stand in the bathing area. No refrigerator, no safety lockers.

Building is only good

The staff, since their duty is about to finish, they shouted at us to park the car underground, and even threw my luggage to the room, the bathroom handle is broken, rooms are untidy, The room was booked for 3 people, and only 2 towels were given, he said ''if i dont give what will u do''. This is the behavior culture of BNGV.NEXT DAY MORNING AT CHECK OUT EVEN THERE WAS A FIGHT, WITH THE SECURITY TO OPEN THE UNDERGROUND GATE, AND FINALLY WE HAD TO CALL THE BANGALORE POLICE TO SETTLE THE MATTER.Now u tell me BNGV, is this the way u deal with ur customer, first of all, u made me to take seperate booking with a smaller room for 4500 rupees inclusive, i kept quite and listened to u, WE WERE ALL TIRED.THERE IS NO COORDINATION BETWEEN U PEOPLE ITSELF, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN THE LIFETIME.. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, THE PICTURES ARE FAKE, AND THEY WILL ASK U TO BOOK SEPERATELY FOR THEIR PROFIT,

The location of the property was convenient. The hotel premises were clean and tidy

Big room with balcony

It is meanly a club , which offers rooms to non members. Al lot of activities are there for member , from swim training in the morning to open air / public viewing sports. It can be disturbing if you are on business travel. The mean issue every morning when calling a cab, always confused and arrived on wrong entrance. Nothing in walk distance to do. If just for sleep, it’s ok and very helpful staff.Breakfast is only South Indian . Don’t expect intercontinental items

The services at the hotel was excellent. The facilities provided in the room was exceptionally good as compared to the price. The breakfast was yummy and tasty

In the washroom they should keep good body lotion or bathing soap
