ABM Boutique Hotel by Purple Cloud

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, good maintenance, choice of eating places nearby.

Ongoing construction resulted in noise and disturbance even when I had specifically requested a quiet room. I was told ithe construction activity would end for the day at 5 pm, but it needed two insistent reminders before it stopped at 7 pm. As it was a stop where we wanted to rest a bit before a long flight, this was particularly inconvenient. I chose the hotel because I had stayed there a few times before and found it pleasant then.

Place is Good .

Construction is going on so lots of sound.Power goes and comes every 30 mns Lots of disturbance and dint like the room's

Location is good

Not worth the rates they charge . Only one set of towel and toiletries were kept . It was ok room . Toiletries don’t include basic things like shampoo , shower gel etc . Food quality was also below par .

- Right by the beach- Friendly staff- The duplex room we had was large and comfortable- Food was generally good- A good range of activities included, such as fishing, boating and a games room

- Private area in the beach was too dirty to use. We ended up using the public areas as they were much better- Little flexibility around late check out, despite the hotel being mostly vacant at the time of our stay- Spa treatment (massage) was not as professional as other hotels of comparable price

Great location. Relatively quiet rooms despite the short distance from the main road. Amazing level of cleanliness in the general ambience and public spaces.

Nothing to dislike.

Spacious and well furnished rooms in a nice open environment, with suitable catering arrangements

Tiny bathroom. No screen for shower. Water of shower wets entire bathroom and toilet floor. Very slippery and potential hazard. Requires immediate attention.

Clean, quite & quick check in

Almost everything. Not clean, the sink was broken, the bathroom was not clean, the towels were very old. The water smelled pathetic, not suitable for brushing the teeth, forget about taking shower. No internet We had horrible experience with breakfast. We did not book the property with breakfast whixh was 180 rupees initially. We asked for breakfast in the morning, we were charged around 525 rupees. Yes you read it right! This is like paying around 20% of the room cost, which is was pathetic.

Room space

Location okay, but no good restaurants or shopping complex near the hotel and the washroom is too congested.

Upon arrival and checkin around midnight, we had to request changing the blankets and pillow covers as those were not clean and had marks. The hotel and staff happily accommodated to the request. The hotel is nice and rooms are spacious. The staff is courteous and good.

Property is clean and well maintained.

Wifi issues. This has to be sorted immediately

Spacious room, friendly staff, near the airport and was very clean. Devraj especially was exceptionally helpful.

Exhaust ducts need to be cleaned

The property was clean with very good ventilation. The facilities were good

The staff working there aren’t polite. They are very arrogant & do not know how to communicate to the customers, especially the receptionist. They do not provide with the set of instructions for a 3 day long stay and expect us to know automatically how their hotel works without them communicating in the first place. Overall, very impolite and rude behavior by the staff

location

The cleanliness and the staff behaviour

Location was ideal, as it was close to the airport. The environment was also good, with space outside for a walk in the morning.

We arrived very early in the morning (around 6 am) and although we informed the hotel in advance, the extra charge for early booking was a bit on the high side.

Room is spacious. It was clean. The view from room is nice. Hotel is near to airport, so it is easier to commute to airport.

Washroom is too small and congested. Really disappointed to have such a washroom in suite room.In the photos, they have shown exclusive balcony attached to this room, but balcony is not there in the room that is given to me.Breakfast is also disappointing. They didn't even provide chocos or any other cereals along with milk. Number of items in buffet menu is also less.

Place is clean and good location

Need to add dental and hair dryer at restroom

location and space

we booked 3 suits, however all 3 suits given to us did not have balconies

There were quite a few issues with the room facilities and cleanliness but the staff took care of them as soon as they were notified. They were very polite and happy to get these issues sorted out in no time.

I was very disappointed with the facilities and the cleanliness. The bathroom towel provided was torn, the TV had no channels available, the shower wasn't in good condition, the room was dusty and the toilet wasn't cleaned properly. Although the staff took care of all of these as soon as I notified them, I did not feel the money was worth this room.

Room Ambience

1. No Soap in Bathroom.2. Only 1 towel provided 3. Dish was not recharged even after attended came 2 3 times.4. Kitchen was not working. Outside food was ordered by us
