In the center of main market, we got into the hotel and felt the relief we wished for. Clean, cool and very friendly staff.

Hotel staff not treating well for customers we had a bad experience even they charge more money than what we see in the Booking.com even they gave invoice less than what we paid. We are not recommending this hotel for any customer.

Great Location and Friendly staff.

Maintenance of the property. Even though my booking said pay at the property, there were repeated emails that if I do not pay a certain amount my booking may be cancelled. After making the payment there was no receipt given.

Location was easily accessible

Poorly maintained building and rooms. Weak WiFi connection. Television not working. Towels and bedsheets spreads were in an unhygienic condition with full of stains and dirt. The air conditioning was in a poor condition with full of dust in the room because of which we experienced nasal blockages and congestion.

First room i was booked in was not quiet because of noise outside the room. Hotel personnel checked, could not solve, but got another room. Good solution, thanks

Best service good hospitality really loved the ambience specially Mr.Javed was very humble and always available for any arrangements and food was very good, next to the hotel, thank you

The Phoenix Resorts was lovely. Nice bath and plenty of space. Worth asking for help when connecting to Netflix and streaming shows as it's not easy to figure out. Staff are wonderful. BreakFast was also Hot and as per palate.

Excellent property in a serene setting. The staff led by Javed were very accommodating and helpful. Will surely visit again.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The room was luxurious, with elegant ambience, a comfortable bed, and super cleanliness. The staff was attentive. The hotel's location was perfect, the surroundings were quiet and peaceful, though it was on the main road , ensuring a restful stay.Additionally, the scenic views of the city, from the property were stunning, adding a unique charm to the stay.

Why is this Hotel Phone Number not given anywhere?I even checked with Google who could not give it to me. Why was i asked to pay an Advance amount to secure my booking and got no Receipt for it?Very disappointed with this experience,although the Hotel Manager sorted out the matter after we arrived.

The Fabhotels Call Centre, Harish, who told me i had to pay an Advance and when i did so, i got no response when i called the number 7042424242.

Wifi

The first room had bed bugs, and was moved next door where the reception staff were not very happy , also the cleanliness of the room was terrible. pillows were stained and the bathroom had mould everywhere , on the walls, shower curtain.but the sink and toilet, were clean.the bathroom smelt of sewage.The second room was the same but the bed sheets were clean.but Had a free breakfast but it was not mentioned and the reception staff were rude .I would definitely not recommend the hotel and booking .com really need to look at this as this was totally unacceptable in every way.

Not a single point to like

We a group of 6 banking executives (4 ladies and 2 gents) from Sri Lanka came for a personal visit to Banglore on 09.01.2025 around 00.15 am. Before our arrival we made a hotel reservation to FabHotel Phonix Resorts - Nr M Chinnaswamy Stadium in 3/2 Lady Curzon Road, Shivaginagar - Blangore, India for 3 double rooms for 4 nights starting from 08.01.2025 depending on the photos, and views shared in booking.com website. We made a advance payment of INR 9190 for the reservation. So directly from the flight we came to Hotel around 3. 45am . First impression on the appearance and the cleanliness of your hotel was not pleasant for us. How ever considering the time we decided to check in even for the morning session. Hotel room was completely not in a condition to stay and after our request only they changed the bed linen. Room has a very bad smell, untidy bed sheets and pillow cases too. Wash rooms were not properly cleaned , lights not working and hot water was not available properly. Water bottles, towels, kettle were not availabe. So considering all these facts we moved to a quality hotel nearby.

Very dissatisfied

Very very dirty, I got rashes by using the blanket and the washroom was very very dirty. No toiletries were given which is a basic in hotel rooms

Property requires maintenance. Break fast is brought from adjacent restaurant. Hotel collected bill of Rs2287 but invoice issued of lesser amount. Issue has been raiy with the property
