Cleanliness, and facilities.The bed was stained, sheets were used several times and then they changed it after I fought with them.Insects and ants in the room.

The location was good.

The Taps were not working properly, the service was very slow had to call 4-5 times to get some activities done. No water (hot/cold) after a schedule time.

Clean and big rooms. Good ambiance. Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Good staff and housekeeping. Clean linen.

The room was clean and spacious. members were very gentle and friendly. Rooms were very clean and hygienic.

The rooms was spacious with clean very cooperative and well behaved staffs. Staying here was really enjoyable.

The rooms were filthy, bugs in the room and bed, bathrooms were nothing to be proud off, also when we book a room with breakfast, it's your job to provide it Not me to wake up and call reception every morning giving them a reminder.

It's very near to silk board

It's full of cockroachs, not maintained properly and bugs were crawling all around. They did change room twice but it was same story everywhere. On top of that most of the spring mattress are broken and it hurts back without much cusion to cover stiff springs

The hotel is at a busy road.

Very dirty bathroom and cocroches roaming in room. Very rude and untrained staff...The ratings on site manipulated... I booked this hotel seeing high rating on Booking.com...my experience was very bad. So lost confidence in booking.com to book my next travel.

Hotel location is central for all the facilities and really happy with the location.

In this hotel nothing will like.it is worst experience of staying in this hotel can you imagine a hotel run with out water in bathroom.bed smells bed with dirty mattress.

Even don't visit for your lifetime. (Hourly based ones can.?)

Don't trust the photos and most of the positive reviews that are posted. There are issues with running water (There is no water at all, and each time we need to fight for a maximum of 1 bucket of water and wait for 1 hour for it). The hygiene is terrible in all aspects - the room, bed, bedsheets, toilets, everything (you can see other guests ?? running all over your room and beds, and there is a lot of waste under the bed). We booked for two days but ended up leaving after one day. Even the night we stayed was because of our helpless situation. We checked in around 11:20 PM and faced issues from the start. We complained to them and asked for a refund, but they ignored everything. Then we called OYO customer care, but they also did the same thing, and time passed until 4:00 AM. Then OYO said they would refund only half the amount if we checked out after completing one day (most of their customers are hourly-based ones?, so they didn't care). There is a lot more, but I can't waste any more of my time even reviewing them.

Cockroach infestation, a group was fighting somewhere early morning, the toilet was right under shower (.now does one take a bath there ) and room smelled terrible.

Let me start by saying that the property manager and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The property manager even helped me secure a refund when oyo customer service tried to take the 15k I paid initially..

The rooms are nothing like what booking.com or oyo's website will have you believe. The place is completely rundown. The first room I was given had hair, dead bugs, no tv, no AC remote, washroom was terrible, the sheets looked used and the mirror, broken.I was then moved to a "freshly cleaned" room, where I found a packet of condoms, washroom full of spiders and webs, cigarette bud on the floor, multiple unidentifiable stains on the floor, and a disgusting pit where the window was. I had no choice so I had to stay the night.I slept at around 3 am because I killed about 6 small roaches, and then, two huge roaches crawled onto my bed at which point I contacted Oyo and told them I can't stay here.The garbage is stored on every floor, right next to the elevator in an open manner and the corridors smell like what you'd expect in a garbage dump and rats can be found on the ground floor, just running about.As I was asked to pay the whole amount by oyo during check-in, they said they'd refund me the amount I paid but insisted that they'd still charge me for two days stay. After 3 hours of back and forth, I recieved around 60% refund of the total amount I paid for 15 days. After that, i talked to multiple customer service personnel from Oyo for a total of nearly 3 hours, for them to finally agreed to approve a refund for 13 nights. Oyo customer service agents repeatedly put me on hold for more than a total of 30 minutes, and kept saying that they are reviewing my case despite me providing them with multiple photographs as evidence.Although the people running the property were nice and friendly, the property is definitely a no-go zone.

The rooms are not as shown . The rooms were very dirty filled with webs . There rooms are filled with roaches and the corridors are filled with garbage and stink . The elevators dont work after 12 am .

Room was large, comfortable and clean. The hotel's traditional view and amience was amazing.

Very spacious room with a nice bathroom. Good service. Good price. Highly recommend it
