The room itself was massive! A huge bedroom and a very big living room.I loved the walk-in robe and a separate dressing area. I wish I could stay for few more nights and this one was one of the most luxurious stays I have ever experienced at this price!The window had views over the temple in Madiwala which I loved.The room was surprisingly quiet for a busy location the hotel is it.Then comes the terrrace with a pool. This was icing on the cake! Never expected such a scenic rooftop with views all the way to Electronic City. I will definitely be back to spend more time at this hotel

Breakfast has a lot of options.Location nearby Kormangala.Friendly staff.Huge rooms.

Rooms are not so clean especially the sofas.Daily housekeeping is good but some stains still present.Expensive laundry charges

Poor Accountability and Pest Issues

I strongly advise against using the valet parking service at Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites after an extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay from November 4th to 6th, 2024.I entrusted my car to the valet service, expecting it to be safely parked. However, I discovered significant damage caused by rats in their underground parking, leading to repair costs of INR 25,338/-. Shockingly, the hotel staff, including the General Manager, insisted that it was my responsibility as the guest, despite the car being under their hotel parking .This lack of accountability, paired with their poor pest control and unwillingness to resolve the issue, reflects serious negligence. Despite providing all evidence and seeking resolution, I received no apology or compensation.Caution: Do not leave your car with the valet service. The hotel disclaims responsibility for damages, leaving you liable for any mishap. I hope my review helps others avoid a similar ordeal.

they upgraded me to a beautiful executive suite. large and airy. very comfortable stay. friendly staff, affordable breakfast and in room dining. average taste but not too overpriced. room cleaning on request. swiggy/zomato allowed. it's a business hotel mostly, but I felt like I was in a vacation going by the room and facilities

A bit pricey, the area where the hotel is, is not too great - surrounded by slums on one side, which I guess cannot be helped. Daily replenishment of water bottles would be nice. hotel lunch buffet is very expensive. max 750 is reasonable.

Faucets in the bath room, some paint work in the room, kettle old, need better maintenance. Staff in restaurant very helpful and diligent, but could with better training

I booked suite with bathtub, but bathtub was not there. Also AC was not working as expected

Booked a premium suite, room was full of cigarette smoke in spite of it being a nonsmoking room. Bed linen dirty. Did not provide enough towels for all the occupants. Power kept going off. Had to call electrical staff 3 times. Old furniture and rooms. Old bath fixtures. Paid 54 thousand for four days. No value for the money

The executive rooms were great. The staff here is really polite and considerate towards our requests. The stay was very pleasant.Great ambience and good maintenance

Rooms were ok, but little worn out

Housekeeping was not upto mark, both bathroom were unkept, leaking, water pressure not good, tissue paper roll kept hanging without proper place.

The front office staff was good and friendly. They responded to the requests quickly. The billing was quite efficient at the checkout. The food at the restaurant was very good. It gave the comfort of home food.

The bathroom fittings were old. The water flow rate was very poor. The wash basin will get clogged in no time. The rats could easily find way to the room. The staff at restaurants seemed least interested to serve.

Never Sarovar again

The taps in the sink and shower taps looked like they had not been cleaned in years. The bedsheets did not feel fresh, especially the duvet. We arrived at midnight. We assumed our room would be ready for us. It was not. After we arrived, they took 20 minutes to bring the extra bed. Absolutely no planning by Front Office and Housekeeping. Will never use this brand again. Inadequate toiletries.

Property is well maintained and will have a peaceful stay.Secure and safe place to stay with family.

Property situated near St. John medical , NIMHAS, Christ university ( Centre), close to electronic city- Good option if you’re engaged any activity near by this location.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU’RE TRAVELING WITH THEIR OWN CAR- AS THE PROPERTY HAVE COVERED PARKING SLOTS.

I clearly remember that I left my jacket in the room but when connected with the hotel, they simply denied. I don't believe this lack of integrity. Pathetic. Not expected by a 4 star hotel.

Location was very good. Room was a mini apartment.

Initially the room had a damp feeling as if it wasn't in use for a few weeks. Some repair work is required in washrooms and cleaning needs to be improved.

Room is big and staff are friendly and helpful especially Avijit, Shanti, Showbed, Rajnikhant, Bholanath , Subramaniam, Pradip and many more. Location is great..near the market..

aging property. not well maintained. room and washroom not clean. many times calls to front desk went unanswered. Room was not cleaned despite requesting for a cleanup.

The hotel was great. Room was quite large and clean. Breakfast was also good.
