I can only bring one topics to be highlighted - the IT manager who is competent and he knows his job very well and helped to fix Wifi because another team disconnected the Wifi in my room while I just asked to turn on the Netflix.

First of all, the hotel does not fullfill requirements of 5stars hotels, and the prices are not unproportionate to the conditions!Secondly, the stuff either does not speak english or if does, they do not do what they say they will do so its very annoying

Very Good location, clean facilities, very good staff, tasty food, deluxe room is the best for its scenic view , definitely would recommend to anyone who is coming to Bengaluru

Location was good. Breakfast and other meals (Lunch & Dinner) was very good. Food menu changes everyday. All the hotel staff were great. Good hostility, friendly and willing to help with all our reasonable request.

Unfortunately, after we had check-in the front desk informed us that the water heater system was down, and there will be no supply of hot water in the entire hotel. However, they were able to provide 1 bucket of hot water if we require, at anytime of the day which they fulfilled.

rooms really need a major maintenance and really really need to hire professional cleaners to clean up the place. the toilets, showers were filthy, in my first room the shower drain was clogged which caused the whole toilet to get flooded and ended up seeping into the room and there was a used towel hanging behind the toilet door and the ac wasn't cooling up to par.2nd room the toilets were not cleaned properly at all but at least the shower drain wasn't clogged and i found hair on the bed but the ac was cooling well.if the cleanliness can be taken care of then this hotel can get a much higher rating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vivdus Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything you need, with easy access to local attractions. The highlight of my stay was the stunning view from my room. On the right side of the building, I could see towering trees with beautiful lavender flowers blooming, creating such a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a special moment in my life,

The room was quite cramped, which made it uncomfortable to move around. The bathroom maintenance also left much to be desired, as I noticed several issues, including fungus in the corners of the room. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the bathroom were not up to standard. Additionally, the hotel’s facilities, including the hot water provision, were not functioning properly during my stay, which made the experience less pleasant. The general condition of the facilities, including the fixtures, appeared to be in need of serious attention.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was completely different from the pictures online – much smaller and not clean at all. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable, and the overall space felt cramped. On top of that, the breakfast was terrible and not suitable at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There were a couple of Staff like Maria in the atlas restaurant she was great and the GM was very approachable the rest of them did not make any impact at all

The timid nature approach of most team members who worked there lacked confidence and ability to talk to us with charm and confidence was missing , the rooms smell like an ashtray

The hotel and room were clean and elegant. Location was great for our touristic preposes. The staff was always pleasant and professional. The breakfast had a large variety and everything looked freshly made.

During our stay, we asked for our room to be cleaned. The cleaning team collected the dirty towels, but forgot to place new ones instead of them.

The suite was really lovely!! Very comfortable and fitted with fantastic fixtures and furnishings! We loved the room and the huge windows.

We were assigned a smoking floor by default even though we didn’t see an option to choose while booking. The room was so smoky when we arrived. I’ve rarely seen smoking rooms at a hotel, but to assume people would be fine with that is weird. Non-smoking should be the default unless requested otherwise. One senior staff member even tried to lie to us saying it wasn’t a smoking floor but that people smoke there without permission. It also took a really long time for special requests to be fulfilled. We needed wine glasses and had to call four times. Also, the rooms need better soundproofing. Walking down the corridor, you can hear everything going on in the rooms you pass. Which means people can hear everything going on in your room as well.

am quite disappointed with my recent stay at your property. I was charged an exorbitant ₹2,000 just for an early check-in of merely two hours, which seems highly unreasonable. Most hotels accommodate such minor requests as a courtesy, especially when rooms are available.I expected better service and flexibility from a hotel of your standard. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I hope you reconsider such rigid policies to enhance guest experience in the future.

To make matters worse, the room I was given had a completely obstructed view—a pillar right in front—which was extremely disappointing. Despite my requests for a better room, the staff showed no willingness to assist and simply stated that no other options were available. The lack of effort to accommodate guest preferences was disheartening.
