Staff were nice and friendly.

We booked through booking.com for a amount but at the place of hotel and we partially paid as well. But at the time of check in they did not give for the amount showed in this portal. And they charged extra.

There was absolutely nothing to like

The staff did not provided the room which i booked and told us that he gave the room to someone else and the room is occupied he was very rude and was not at all polite so he took extra money from us for the room which costed 500 more

I was cheated by the hotel my precious booking was in other Oyo hotel, when i reached there they informed me that i dont have booking in that hotel as they have not received any intimation from booking.com. I reached there at night and was shocked with the response received from the property. They told me they will arrange a room for me in another hotel owned by the same group and i have to pay double then the amount i have originally booked for + extra for taxi that will take me to that hotel. At night i left with no choice to accept their offer as i was helpless. It is really sad that how these budget hotels cheat their costumers. Booking.com is equally responsible here for putting such hotels in their portfolio and spoiling their reputation and trust customers are having with them. I need an apology and compensation for not honoring my booking and the fees that was overcharged including the trouble and stress I have to go through.

I had payed part payment.. But r not provide room even they told this is not a OYO room and our hotel is not in OYO list..their behavior was not good

No break fast is given. Even they charged double amount for the ordered breakfast. Worst experience.

Worst, no water, they took extra money, no proper ambiance. They are scolding Oyo all the time and regretting and not treating customers properly.

Location Indiranagar was good

Staff was not very supportive. Amenities were not present in the room. It was not hotel type of experience more kind of dharmshala. Definitely if I would have seen the place first hand would not booked it.

Very bad cleanliness. Very bad service from staff. Bed sheet.etc were not cleaned. It seems the bed spread etc were used ones. Bathroom was not.properly cleaned for months .
