When asked for hand towels, really dirty towels were given first. They had to be returned to get new ones

The fresh fruit was very good. I didn't have anything else for breakfast. It is free and the buffet is big. The hotel is very willing to get you taxis that are safe and comfortable for sightseeing.

It is difficult to communicate with the hotel in English outside of normal business hours.

Property is good

The front desk staff were unhelpful and unwilling to listen. They repeatedly said the same things without addressing my concerns. Even though I had booked a room with early check-in as an amenity, they insisted on charging me an additional 50% of the room rate, which was unacceptable.

Good location and staff was nice.

Booked for Shivas Galaxy and during check-in staff asked us to shift to Shivas Gateway which is next door. Gateway was not up to the mark. I paid way over for the rooms.

The breakfast and dinner was amazing. The restaurant staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff was great.

I requested a shuttle service for my stay on April 2nd. They gave me a number to call after I land. I called many times, and no one was answering the phone. I tried calling the front desk, and they told me that they can't book a shuttle for me since the number is different. I had to pay 2000 Indian rupees for a taxi from the airport to Shivas. The TV in the room didn't work from the night before. In the morning, I made numerous requests, and the front desk kept saying that it's been notified. One of the associates came in the room and tried but couldn't make it work. Finally, around 3 pm, the TV was up and running.

There were no one attended to carry luggage at the time of check out. No help received while Loading luggage in cab.

Friendly staff ,location.food was provided at 1am in the morning .Also food was good .

Needed to wait for the pick-up from the airport. Needed to ask the staff to provide an extra bed, though it was requested at the time of booking. Also, basic facilities like shaving kit had to be requested .

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay as I had an early morning departure from Bengaluru airport and wanted to be close to the airport. The room was adequate, had plenty of complimentary bottled water. Bed was comfortable, airconditioning good. No English language TV...at least News should be free. Breakfast was adequate and coffee good.

A bit difficult to locate. It's on a slip road off the airport road and easily missed.

The hotel sent a car to the airport to collect us and we did have a problem locating the driver

We're moved to a different lesser hotel with no prior warning or compensation.

Booked to stay at Shivas Galaxy but upon arrival was told that there's renovation and was taken to its sister hotel across the road. It's obvious that this is a lesser hotel but no compensation was offered and no warning was given prior arrival. Not professional at all.

We didn't have cards or online payment portals. We had cash. But reception did haven't change money to give balance payments.

The room was large, very clean and very comfortable. The facilities were wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the airport. The value is amazing here. I plan to stay here every time I am in Bangalore.

Dishonest Staff I believe.

I had a late arrival from overseas - the flight got in at 3AM. I had told them I was coming late. I believe they sold my room out from underneath me, so when I arrived they said the hotel was under 'construction' and I couldn't stay at the Galaxy - they had me check into their sister hotel down the street.I've stayed at the Galaxy before - it was a good value and nice, but the one down the street (the Shivas Gateway) was NOT.I would have appreciated more honesty and keeping my room for the late arrival (it was prepaid!).

Small room compared to the actual reservation at Galaxy.The staff gave us another hotel under their management called Gateway. The whole drama happened because the staff in charge gave our reserved room to someone thinking that i will not be checking in !
