Room and services at the property are fine

I booked as per the amount shown in booking.com...then Treebo asked to pay half amount..I paid the same amount..then they hiked the amount... asked for paying some Short amount again...I missed it...they cancelled the booking...how ridiculous it is after collecting the money they hike the rate then cancelling the booking.. pathetic

Really good rooms and overall a hidden gem, property is very well maintained from the inside, and staff are super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was ok at best, the saving grace was eggs on demand otherwise it would have been quite difficult.

What you show in images is NOT how your HSR layout hotel is. There are no spreads when it comes to food. None of the business channels are available! What's the use of business travel when the TVs don't have a network connection to even English news? Forget Business news channels. The tea-making set's wires are TOO small. How will one connect?

No food options, and no staff after 5 pm. Everything including TEA is not prepared inside it seems. The tea set and machine kept in the room can't be used, as the wires are TOO SMALL to reach the plugpoint!! Sad! your phone number is mentioned at the entry of the LIFT, what rubbish! it should be mentioned on various portals for customers' convenience. Who will call you after you reach the venue? The toll-free number of TREEBO nobody responds! I have shared an image of where you have displayed your hotel number, so funny!

A nice play to stay close to HSR layout. We had booked a deluxe room through booking.com for 1 night and there were no hassles to check-in. The room that I stayed in appeared to be recently renovated and was in very clean shape (Room 208). The room was big in size, clean bed and clean bathroom. The staff were very responsive on every aspect.

The pillows were too thick for a comfortable sleep and I slept without it. It was too late to request for a change and I didn't feel like bothering the staff. The hotel provides electric heater for tea/coffee but kitchen-made tea/coffee were not available during the day. The hotel is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a stand-alone building and it may not be easy to locate the building easily. Google map does a fair job though. The complimentary breakfast was not so great either.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this hotel.

Worst Experience

First of all, the room we booked was given away to someone else. Upon reaching the hotel, we were told that there are no rooms available despite pre booking it. The staff and owners were very arrogant and asked us to look for some other hotel. The place stinks and it doesn't even match the photos shown on booking.com or the Google photos. Overall it was the worst nightmare and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

What's not to like? Rabi Sharma, receptionist and helper, made us feel at home. It was really great to be having someone like him who without any complaint with the best attitude gets us anything in need, or would be available anytime needed.

Bad Experience

I have booked the room a week before and i paid a partial amount 2 days before but after i reach the Hotel , concierge is saying that rooms are full. and they dont have any spare rooms. manager is not attending the call . only one employee was there and he couldnt connect with manager as well. bad experience

I have booked the stay for 4 nights but because of the pathetic rooms i have to check out very same day. Wasted my money. Not going to book from your site if thats the standard of your partner hotels.

AC was not working in one room and in another we didn't get AC remote. We booked with breakfast, there was no such facility and staff did not agreed that booking was including breakfast even after showing online booking page.
