Budget friendly hotel. Very supportive staff. Met Treebo Manager Rajesh while checkin helped me with local sightseeing & other ideas & support. Good team overall. Nice & memorable stay.

The location was nearby to my place of interest and the breakfast was served at the right time and was tasty as well.

Only issue was toiletries were not not kept ready in the washroom but was provided on asking.

At least they extended my checkout time for an hour.

I am regular customer from 2008 Sorry to say, AC is not working for the entire stay. Phone is not working. Half the time TV is not working.

1. They didnt even provide complementary water bottle and soap which we need to ask multiple times2. Phone extension was not working (so every time we need to go down or call their mobile)

The breakfast was nice, but the same each day. Please offer masala dosa, uppit, kesari bath, puri on different days.

Coffee/Tea wasn't given on the first breakfast.Hot water wasn't active on third morning, early a.m., which was surprising. My assumption is they have it activated during set hours only, not 24/7I left checked out early on my third morning and didn't receive the complimentary breakfast which had arrived by 9am the previous 2 days.

Cleanliness and the location of the property are good. Metro Station is reachable via Auto (40-50 INR). The staff are good. The linen and the rooms were well maintained. For a short business trip very good.

The breakfast option was only Idly and Vada. Bread butter/jam was also not available. The door lock was very tight. Have to do a good amount of wrist exercise. A hotel rated 3Star should have its reception open at night as well. It completely shuts down at night. And you literally have to bang the main door to get it open.

The partner app-"booking.com" is way expensive than the actual pricing at the hotel.The pricing what is shown is not the actual one , we need to pay a bit more than the expected one,Thers no fluctuality in rates incase u arrive early than the stipulated time

The hotel was located in a great location.

Better customer service and also could aim for good cleanliness. The reason behind me giving this feedback is there were mosquitoes throughout our stay.

facility is not available (towel & soap) rooms cost high. breakfast not good, only online showing breakfast is buffet system, here not there in buffet only idly vada given.

there was no proper parking provided even though the site said it’s available. It was just outside the building on the road.there was no hot water provided as the staff said there were timing for this.

i most say my stay was too good and atmosphere & clean neat rooms good tasty break fast well service provided to me.

There is nothing to not like over there because i received more then what I paid for and it was more then my expectations
