breakfast was the same every day and not satisfying, the location was convenient.

the Rooms should have been bit poaceous need to manage the furniture , the toilet/bath need to be refurbished, The other gust where vey noisy should have do not disturb signage all over.

Outdated rooms. Require a complete overhaul.Bed sheets,blanket and pillows are better to be discarded.

I liked that it was in the area where I had some work to do. Also, staff was good and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

I was in a hurry, and I wrote a request before the arrival for keeping ready the hot water for bath. But the shower was not working and also the room was so small unlike the picture on the website. Also, no complimentary breakfast.

Please keep the pillow and bed clean very dirty and cost is too high

They didn't confirm the room .. they tell us they don't know how to make confirm through booking online ? I tell you the manager. But he told through booking .com .they take more commission extra thats why the didn't give room to the customer . And if need to confirm the room they ask as to cancel the booking and need to pay more cash .. I booked for 64$ and they ask me more including another service charge .. this is very bad thing you guys do to me and also I will never book any more with booking.com even I also tell to my all friends and nears to. .. I tried to contact the customer service but no response

The room smelled like cigarette, like a lot!! I m a smoker, but that room was stinking!! We decided to pay more and have a nice room for a night, but it turned out been worse then other cheaper places we stayed in bangalore.. Also night club music next door super loud till late night

Reading rtings from pevious gusests i had an opinion of what i was to get and i was not surprised. the receptionist was curt but was helpful. he inquired asfor how long i was going to stay when i had made A RESERVATION AND EVEN PAID IN FULL for the stay. the housekeeping staff was very nice. i had A problem with insufficient hot water in the shower and was attended to promptly. it was flowing well thereon. the location is perfect with easy access to major commercial areas. the rooms though required cleaning needed a full clean up at least once during our stay of 6 nights. all in all we had pleasant sty in Bengaluru.

Breakfast was too good!! Location was good. Entry was not good and rooms were constricted with washrooms needed more repair. Staff was very cordial and very nice.

Breakfast was decent. Clean room. Comfortable for a night's stay. The hotel was on the main road which was an added advantage. Walkable distance to Bangalore night life.

Had to pay for amenities and a very rude receptionist at night. He asked us really inappropriate questions. We had checked in late at night. Had to pay for the dental kits.

everything, none of the amenities were available, no satellite tv connection , informed repeatedly and complained as well about every amenities, I booked a junior suite which was mentioned as 200 to 300 sqm but it was very small

I informed one day before but when I reached receptionist waited for 20min .Some bad issue except that everything was good

Breakfast and view. Even if it mentioned as city view of junior suit, there is heavy construction site next property.
