The only part was the beds were comfortable but rest all was not so good.

Did not like as the place is too overpriced with dirt everywhere on carpets, flooring and very expensive.

Clean room with good housekeeping

No hot water in the shower. Breakfast was cold and stale. No drinking water on the dining table; have to run around asking for it

Security guard on the door

Everything. Locks were broken. Zero security. No proper food in the restaurant. Taste was not good. The restaurant staff was really quick. But food was not good. Some random guests started banging my door, and I informed the security and no action was taken. They were defending the party. I was having my sleep apnea test, cz of no security it ruined my test

The place is a very good place with friendly staff located around all you need shops and restaurants for family. We’ve stayed for 2 weeks and we were looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen area. Although the hotel is 3 star but overall was very good.

Staff are really friendly and supportive. I would say they can improve the cleaning activities as the cleaning was not done properly unless with supervision.

Property is well maintained with good staff and hospitality.

It doesn’t allow outside food delivery allowed. So one is stuck with either going out or compromise on food provided in-house

Good Breakfast

We were forced to take an extra bed and the extra bed was so flimsy, The bed gives way few times per nite.

Good neat hotel excellent rooms nice and clean. Good breakfast . Quite residential area.

Parking is limited to only 2 cars.

Loved the room we got as my friends, and I were two girls traveling alone it was great and we had no problems commuting to all other places as the location was great. Would stay here again. The food was also tasty and good. The staff was super helpful and was readily available for any help needed

The only thing that we were a little off put by was the extra cost they charged for replacing the towels and extra water bottles other than the daily complimentary ones which were not clarified before so at the end of the stay that was just a little thing that we were not expecting. Other than that, everything was great.

- Approach from the business development manager Jovan was very welcoming and customer centric. - Location is suitable for those who want to stay in Indira Nagar. - It has a swimming pool (can not expect more in size)- 4103 suite room was quite good with a separate space to eat / study. - Availability of Gym (small), Spa and restaurant- Many options / variety and quantity in the room for preparing Tea (kettle)

> Mis-communication by staff. I had to check out at 03.30 in morning and I had kept them informed about that. Inspite of that, I had to wait due to lack of clear communication and problem in the system. > TV channels were not working (Tata play was not charged) and so I could not watch cricket match !!> Almost no parking space for those who come with their own vehicle. > Its surrounded by residential area and no space to have a walk inside the premises.

Interior and rooms are very nice.

Services are very bad and really not worth for the money i spent. And have useless menu which many items not available.

Staff response was good. They were very helpful and responded in timely manner.

Washrooms were not as per standard, fittings were loose. Water was very limited and was asked to pay for extra water.

That it was big and clean and there was a restaurant downstairs

I didn’t like the fact that the wifi was not good. We always had to stay in the sitting room to get the wifi. Otherwise it was not available. We did complain to the counter and we were informed that it is because we are using iPhones. However, I had a laptop which was not an Apple brand laptop and same issue with wifi. I am a student and I had online classes. Every time I had to pay and get data to be in class and in the room

No good food ...no proper parking place..not an ideal.locatiom

location was convenient. Olive restaurant served good dal & phulkas. Apartment size was good and spacious.

approach road leading to the hotel was extremely narrow. also the taxi is not able to reach the lobby as very steep with some car already parked and made up of big block of stones as pathway so cant event drag our suitcases. R oms are dimly lit and curtains cannot be opened as we can see neighboring balconies. Staff need communication and english conversation training. to get warm water one has to keep the taps open for a long time as it is solar powered. toiletries not replaced and sometimes substituted with used ones.no water dispenser in room and only 4 water bottles were given as complimentary and extra charged.

Replacement room was nice and quiet and modern. In general all the other staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Room 6102 and others on that floor should not be given to customers as the central water heater for the hotel is directly above the room, which leads to loud noise during the evening, at night and early morning. A good night sleep is not possible. My wish to change the room was denied with friendly excuses because the hotel was fully booked - no other compensation was offered.After the first night I requested a room change again wich was immediately denied again with the same “hotel full” excuse, but I checked and rooms were available on multiple online platforms. After I informed the staff about that they offered the room change to the 4th floor. Breakfast buffet was ok but if arriving around 9 am - only used, not cleaned and reequipped tables were available so you had to ask for cutlery and individually.

The hotel room was good The restaurant staff were not trained at all and were not at all helpful. The food quality was good but at breakfast buffet , the dishes were empty, to refill it took them more than 30 minutes. The Reception staff was good and helpful.They did upgrade me from standard room to suite. I am not sure ow the standard rooms are. The washbasin faucet was not working and had to call some one to take care of the same and they came after two calls. The gym starts at 0700 has so can't use gym if you are staying here for work.The hotel is situated in a very narrow lane and it is difficult to alight and board cars.I don't think I shall stay at this hotel again unless they train their restaurant staff better and pay attention to details.

Restaurant Staff and their unhelpful attitude. I had to get up to take water and also asked some dome thing and was informed it is available and I should go and take it.No where it said self service at the restaurant premises.

Nice rooms, good location, friendly Staff and clean. The gym was small, but it worked out. Nice view from the rooftop pool. The price was low compair to nearby hotels, so it wad a good value for money.

Comfortable and clean room in a quiet part of Bangalore yet close to lots of restaurants. I enjoyed the comfy bed and the rooftop pool. Friendly staff.
