Location is good, cleanliness and hygiene, recommended for Leisure and Business travellers

Everything was perfect

Good hotel, really good value for money. Clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Sufficient breakfast for price we paid. Although busy street outside was calm inside. Easy enough to get to all attractions.

The hotel was very nice overall. It was set in a good, busy location but the rooms were quiet and the area felt safe. The rooms had very comfortable beds and very good air conditioning. The hotel was spotless throughout also. The staff were also very helpful and nothing was a problem.

Pleasant

The staff was unaware of the guest details and was also clueless on the breakfast. The rooms had a strange stench and bathrooms were not very clean. Would not recommend if you are traveling with family.

Try to avoid booking FABHOTELS properties altogether

FABHOTELS is very unprofessional. After taking advance to confirm my booking. They cancelled my booking without giving reason and allotted me another hotel which was far from my desired stay location. FABHOTELS helpline was rude and did not give reason for cancellation and I was told to take my advance back if required which as I am writing this review after 7 days , I have yet to receive the same.

I reached the lobby at 0600Hrs. I was allocated room at 1030Hr with additional payment.

I was asked to wait till 2PM for check in with out additional cost.

The room was spacious and was very clean, overall property was very well maintained and spacious. Staff was courteous and overall service is very good.The food availability next to hotel is very good and the presentation is great too.

Dirty bathroom, Cockroaches everywhere, Poor linen, staff tried to take extra money

Rooms was comfortable and cleaned, staffs was very helpful and supportive. Food available next to hotel was Owesome.

I like staying at hotels because they provide a comfortable and convenient place to stay when I'm away from home.The beds are usually very comfortable, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, a good bathroom and there's often a variety of amenities available such as room service or fitness centers.

1. Kept on getting reminder email about advance payment, even after advance payment2. AC remote was not working causing multiple calls

As always, courteous staff.

Not upto their usual standards for their increased price- kettle could be cleaned, room needs a bug spray. The restaurant has closed down therefore we need to get food from outside.

Room was ok

The housekeeping staff was not good . Behaviour was very rude . They did not change towels on the second day's stay.

There is canteen attached to hotel

Amenities the bedsheets and towels are not washed properly and not in hygiene

We occupy room early hours of 29-9-23 and vacate afternoon before 3pm

Breakfast not provided. Room was good.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Towels were shabby looking. Cushions looked dirty.

Bogus

No lift,no hot water no proper behavior

The bathroom wall and ceiling had black mold all over.The curtains were not dark panels so a significant amount of light would come through both during night(from street light) and day. Moreover, it seemed like the curtains were never cleaned, just moving them slightly released massive amounts of dust.The corridor smelled very bad of cigarettes.The bed spread had stains, the towels were pale yellow and stained. The AC would throw ice crystals along with the air.Worst of all, there was construction work going on throughout the day and even past 9pm. I had to go to reception and ask them twice to stop it because their 1st response was 'yes, work is in progress'.For bottled water, they charge 3x more than the store just outside the hotel, I found this ridiculous and absurd.A Rs.20 bisleri, they ask Rs.60 and it won't even be cold.
