The locality.

Very poor service. To start with, I was informed that Card POS machine was not working. When I tried UPI, that was also not working. They wanted to pay in cash. Thankfully I was checking in then and it was pathetic for people checking out to settle. Room cleaning was done done without replacing Towel. When I requested for the same got a response that I need to wait for laundry items to return to cater my request. It was really pathetic.

The evening receptionist, he was very helpful, friendly, really helped me and my fiance out alot.The bar on top too was a nice atmosphere

The female receptionist in day time was very rude, was not helpful at all, when i requested anything she didnt help and hang up the phone on me.She was also rude to my fiance, charging her money to come see me.I didnt like i couldnt choose what i ate for breakfast or what time, a man just brings to room anytime and kept harrassing me for tips everyday even though i paid for the service,The room was not cleaned at all,Really not happy to find out when i got there no guests allowed at all or its a 750 charge per day which is not mentioned when i booked. So my Fiance to come see me felt very uncomfortable by being harrassed and charge money each time she came too see me.If you have this rule you should mention online before booking!!!!!

Very bad.

Linen and towels were dirty/old. Lights and bathroom geyser were not working. Wrong room was assigned. Poor room service.

The Rooms were okay comparatively with other hotels, but they don't have an in-house breakfast, they will buy it from outside and provide you if you opt for free breakfast.

Charging extra money for advance checking. InMy case I checked in early and I vacated early I compensated the time constraints of the hotel booking even though they charged extra money for early checkin. This is ridiculous about the property n management.

We where charged extra 500 for early check in and the same was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking

A lot to tell on this. Un professional staff, parking denied, no breakfast provided even though it was part of the offer, etc etc

Well trained staff no Fuss good hospitality.

No morning breakfast, it's not bad but could add value.

1. the fragrance of room freshener (used in excess quantity)2. spring bed3. no breakfast4. no room service (for coffee/tea) till 7.30am5. the ground floor lobby was filled with cigarette smoke in the morning 6. The watchman carried the luggage to the room and didn't leave the room till he was tipped.7. They don't have morning tea/coffee and breakfast and they neither allow nor deliver the food ordered by guests to the room. We have to come down to the gate personally to collect it.8. The chairs are so brittle for heavy persons like me9. the dental kit present in the bathroom was used one. didn't have toothpaste.10. Charged 253 for 2 lemon juice. (Too much charge) not worth.
