Room was big, facilities clean. Lots of options at breakfast . Staffs were attentive and professional.

Loved the restaurant republic of noodles and the size of the room.

Was not cleaned, no place for a business call while waiting for the room to be cleaned

Staff is awesome. Mr. Anand Babu has been very attentive and helpful.

Food for me got bit too oily and spicy, even when I say less spicy. But it's ok, it was tasty!

Staff is very friendly. Soumyanil in the reception has been a lot of help to me. Very kind and professional. I see him a lot of times and talk to him.

Ambiance and location

The room needs renovation, bathroom fittings are outdated, main door latch is clumsy.

The hotel, it's ambience were good and staff very courteous

Cleanliness can be slightly better. The lobby where the smoking rooms were located was a bit suffocating due to cigarette smell. They can spray some kind of perfume in the common area in that floor

They cancelled my booking without even informing me. This is totally unprofessional behavior.

On reaching the hotel after 9pm, i was told that the rooms are not available(this is despite receiving a call from their team asking me about my arrival time and confirming the same through phone)

Definitely needs major renovation. Would advise not to stay here.

The common washroom in the lobby area was stinking of drainage water. There was high level of methane gas in the wc cubicle. One could get suffocated to death from prolonged exposure. The common passage in the rooms were smelling of stale air. There is some serious issue with the ventilation and air conditioning.

Property good position business vise, all day restaurant, small but ok bar. Staff nice and friendly.

Compared to location and value, I would say it is over aged room interior. Suggest a refurbishment. Despite the room was non smoking you could feel that in the past was a smoking room. It is advertised as AC but in reality is a fun cooled room.

Worst service, lots of hidden charges, no one is ready to help, no watchman, no help with luggage No one helped with wifi password

Old hotel in much need of maintenance. They are still coasting on the brand recall from a decade ago and proximity to MNCs.The areas near the lift at reception and the corridors (6th floor) have a bad odour.Towels are old and hardThe bathroom needs an upgrade. The bathroom floor outside the tub gets wet while using the shower ( shower with bath tub concept). The plumbing is old. The shower water doesn't rinse soap off well. the toiletries provided is not great.
