Great stay at Evoma, the property is spacious, my room had a Smart TV, small balcony and very cozy bed. The restroom was well equipped too. The food at the restaurant and room service is amazing except the breakfast. The garden outside along with the swimming pool is beautiful.
The breakfast buffet was very poor, most of the items were tasteless and the price is not worthy of such less items, this can definitely be improved.
The room was very spacious, offering great value for money.
Staff appears to be inadequately trained, and there is a lack of privacy.
Good property , spacious rooms
Towels are not.clean
Location was good for me to complete my work in that area. Value for money. All staffs are good and eager to help., especially Sam who attended us in front office. Food is nice. Spacious rooms.
Pillows are thick and had a neck pain for the first night, got it changed to soft small pillow. Should have kept safe box. Hot water sometimes in evening goes off.
Food and staff behaviour
No dormitory for driver. Rest room for drivers very worst.
Beautiful property with a nice lawn in front, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, polite staff and decent food.
The rooms can be better, the bed can be made more comfortable and food taste can be improved. I would rate all of these 3.5/5 as there is some definite scope of improvement.
Staff was very professional and helpful Breakfast offers a good range and good quality The building is in a very good condition
Lunch and dinner are rather expensive Pool might benefit from renovation and some regular cleaning
The hotel staff was the best, they ensured that I had everything I needed and were very open to help me and attend to any needs. Buffet had a lot of options, mostly local cousine, but it was too spicy for me. When I couldn´t even eat the chicken biryani (too spicy), they refused to charge me for the buffet and next morning provided me with Indian food options of moderate spiciness. Hotel and room amenities were basic, but well taken care of.
Airport pick-up and drop-off could only be paid in cash, which was a bit complicated for me.
The Room were very clean and staff were nice.
