Cleanliness, breakfast and staff.

Wifi connectivity is really bad.

Spacious rooms and good staff behaviour

Room service is served in unacceptable cutlery and crockery. 50% of the items as listed in the menu is not available. Disturbing construction noise till 6 PM.

The facilities was working as mentioned in booking.

Wifi Range is slow. not getting properly to the room we stayed.

Front desk was very helpful and accommodative. The property is clean and comfortable.

Staff is very polite and helpful,,they helped my aged mother , answered my questions quickly and efficiently.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find due to road closures and my cab driver took an additional 15 minutes.

PROS :The staff were uberly friendly Location : 5 mins walk to Gopalan Innovation mall and multitude of restaurants Hot water -boiling water even at night time Spacious , even for 3 peopleCleanPet friendly Breakfast limited options (South Indian) but most items cooked well - sambhar and coffee were brilliantRoom service -food and service was prompt and goodReception team -quick and swift check in and check out process

CONS :Not much options for breakfast inspite of having an outdoor and inhouse restaurantNo parking/reservation on site as opposed to whats displayed on the website -overcrowded in the eveningsPavement fully dug up outside the hotel and with vehicles parked right outside the hotel , one tends to miss the hotel completelyThe door locks for the bathroom were broken , the safe box was broken ,fridge - not working , T.V occasionally worked , the A.C regulator at times was faulty (rainy season so not much of an issue)

Polite staff , clean rooms, all basic amenities available and working, decent sized rooms, location of the hotel close to our point of interest.

The breakfast timing was 0730 to 1030 hrs , when we arrived at 1005 hrs, there was no food left in the buffet and the restaurant staff were disinterested to serve or replenish the item.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location - lots accessible on foot. Great rooftop bar upstairs with good food and nice views. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was OK but a little limited in choice. There was a bad smell coming from the drain in our bathroom and the hot water took 5 minutes to heat up.

We did not like anything about this hotel stay. The room was unclean and the staff were incredibly unhelpful. The pictures shared are just some quick snaps I took when we arrived - the shower mold/mildew was hard to photograph but was throughout the shower.

This hotel is incredibly unclean. The bathroom shower had mildew all over the walls and door. The counter had water stains on it as if it had not even been wiped down prior to us arriving, I wiped it myself with a wet wipe and it came up black with a hair. The floor of our room was sticky and after wiping with a wet towel came up black. Upon arriving we had less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more. Our bed sheets were never changed in our 5 day stay. Sheets and pillow cases had stains and were scratchy. The mattress below has no plastic lining or barrier. We had no blow dryer and had to ask for one, they then took it back before our stay was over. When we asked staff simple questions (e.g. where to get souvenirs or currency exchange) they would just answer “we don’t know”. Staff was not welcoming to us, we were never greeted upon walking into the hotel, asked how our stay was or offered any assistance in finding places to go, or needed information. The property is located on a busy street below a restaurant/bar so expect hearing music and voices until about midnight. I do not recommend staying here at Fountain Tree. Our friends stayed at the similarly priced SFO Hotel about 5 mins away and their hotel was immaculately clean, with amazing and friendly staff who were welcoming and helpful to us even though we were not guests at that hotel but just meeting friends.

The hotel is nice & decent rooms. Good facilities & good location.

The staff is very bad - the reception people won't allow you a room even if they're vacant. There is absolutely no empathy. I got my Cole-Haan Shoes, An iron, and a hair dryer stolen and the hotel is refusing that they did not find anything. No problem with the cleaners & facilities but the reception people are very rude.

AC didn’t work, toilet leak and Wi-Fi issues

Extremely dirty rooms, cum and mucous everywhere. Very small and suffocating rooms. All the reviews are fake. Wouldn't stay here even if someone pays me. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Overall great hotel and comfortable stay for a family. Staffs were friendly.

One room didn’t had a clean sofa.

Location was convenient

A/C took lot of time to cool down the room and blankets were not clean.
