Hotel BCP Suites

It was so quiet inside the room. Hot water is always available. Big and comfortable rooms.

The location is congested and closed parking lot would have been better.

The staff were very helpful, especially the reception staff who spoke Malayalam—I forgot his name, but he was extremely kind and always ready to assist. Great value for money. If you’re visiting for Karnataka State Nursing Council registration, this hotel is the best option as it is located right next to it.

Beds not much comfortable

Room was spacius and Support from Staff was excelent. we stayed for 5 days and every day both the rooms cleaned by the cleaning staff . Running Hot and Cold water / Air Condition / Lift facility all was good. Security was very helpful . I kept my Car in the Parking . Location is very close to Majestic Bus Stand , KSR Railway Station and Metro Station.

In house restaurent was not there but Famous Hotel Empire was just opposit to the Hotel, so we could just enjoy that.

Service just great.all Staff are very friendly especially night shift receptionist mr. Asif & day shift receptionist (pardon,forgot his name) are too humble & very kind person.

Their satellite tv channels are just irritating.I stayed 5 days but unfortunately access only 3 movie channels which are free.& free channels in India are useless!

The name of Property only

Room was full of dust including wardrobe and furnitures. Curtains were not washed

It is a long standing hotel serving travellers for a long time and its nearby to bus station and railway station.

People smoking and smell or smoke though it was a nonsmoking place and advertised so.

The room was spacious and quite comfortable with good value for money.

Road to the hotel was bit cramped and there was not dedicated parking space. We had to park on the side of the road. There was water leakage in front of the room. Rest all was good.

The location is incredibly convenient, and the staff was delightful - a special shoutout to the reception team for being exceptionally kind and accommodating. While the internet on the fourth floor was painfully slow, [at times] I’m confident this can be resolved quickly. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I will for sure return. Thank you, team!

The service, staff and hotel ambience is good. The best part is it's near to market place....Hotel staff is very helpful and cooperative...Darshan from hotel staff is very cooperative and has helped us a lot with city details

I had stayed at bcp suiteshotel, it is a very good hotel, it has very good cleaning and is maintained very cleanly, their staff is very good, management is very good, special special thanks to Mohammad Asif who gives very excellent service and good attention. It was a pleasent stay and the the amnities are as such. Mr. Mahadev, Receptionist was a very nice person to deal with..As far as the nursing professionals who come for registration and related affairs, The Karnataka Nursing Council is just a few steps away... Than you... to the management and staff of Hotel BCP Suites.

Disappointing

The hotel facility is good but not maintained and can be developed and we can provide a lot of supplies but I am an expert on the rooms but there should be some change. The front office manager of the reception is a very good man and I am supported
