They help me and found good answer for all my questions, and i had a lot !!! They are very professional and attentive. I arrived late and they were warn to welcome me. The room is nice décoration.Thé location IS good in a calm area, good for rest

The bathroom IS old but Big and enought for washThe cleaning IS ok but not perfect. The towell was rough but clean, this is important, but to valid my notice i must tell what IS not good...

I liked staff behavior, their support and flexibility.

Washroom- toilet cover was broken. Water was not served in the room proactively. There were no comfortable table chair in the room to work. No hand towels were given.

The location was best for me. It's near to the bus stops and for people working near Domlur, Indiranagar and Koramangala, it's very good location.But other than that nothing stands out about the property.

Rooms are smaller than other hotels around. For 2 people it would be cramped. Property feels dated so can do with a thorough cleaning. Linen gave a bit of un clean feel. Cable was not attached to TV, WIFI didn't connect, No phone in room.

There’s nothing proper about this property. Their doors don’t lock, no switch to turn off all lights in room, no response in room service, can’t even get water. Food is bad.

Not worth the money. Complementary breakfast was Poor and also water was not coming for 2 to 3 hours in bathroom. Food and snacks facility was not provided. So overall we are not satisfied and booking charge is high.

A very normal room

There was no table & chair , AC was not cooling, food was limited , TV remotes were not functional , toilet seat had come off , basically all the amenities had to be attended to …

Firstly, when we walked in there were no staff .The hotel looked very shady. The hotel didn't look like what it looked in the picture. The sheets were very dirty it was all stained red. The pillows were very dirty it was brown. They didn't even bother to fix the curtains it was all broken. The curtains were also stained. The toilets were very dirty. The white colour sink was literally brown and dirty. They provided dirty towels. They didn't even bother.It was literally not worth the price. Hope i don't get sick from staying here.

Its not that great

Hotel is not clean. We are getting a foul smell right across the corridor, inside the rooms. No hot water as well. Quite a bad experience indeed.

The price and location was good

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was okay. AC was functional. There was room service available for breakfast and dinner. WiFi was okay and stable, if not high-bandwidth. The lift was working 24x7.

The day I came in, there was no hot water available, and the reason was that the solar heater wasn't turned on the day prior. The bed wasn't clean, and the toilet seat for room 301 was broken. I wasn't provided a water bottle or even a soap, and had to ask for it. The room was never cleaned during the entire stay.For the price paid, I do not think this was worth it.The breakfast was okay, and the dinner was too. The overall experience would have been better if the staff was PROACTIVE rather than REACTIVE. The hotel benefits from being in close proximity to EGL, a tech park, and should see a lot of traffic from people working there. But the overall service needs to be worked on.If you can work on this, I think this is a good place to revisit. I hope to come by again, and get a better experience, but this time just didn't cut it.

I didn’t like that they not clean or change towels unless you ask them. But if you ask then they do it.

Cleanliness in the room, quick service.

There should be more variants apart from daily paratha in the breakfast..Room service should provide free water proactively. No dustbin in the rooms. Table in the room should be there to do official work.

Bathroom is not getting lock and toilet was full stinking and the bucket which kept for the bath was not cleaned overall tribo experience went so pathetic 1at time I chosen for best experience but went so worst so we force to check out by day of 5pm itselfAnd when called for the beverage and food it was informed nothing is there other than waterWe were in the room without food and beverage so bad management
