I booked room with breakfast as shown in the website for the price, but when checked in hotel staff said it?s only room without breakfast, for that price which I paid it too high without breakfast since others provided with less price, it?s bad choice

Not good to stay

Stayed for 4 nights. Continuously dripping water from ac and no one bothered to repair it eveafter after repeated request. Housekeeping services are very very poor .

Breakfast was ok. Room size was good.

Lunch facility is not there. Breakfast can be improved.

the location

cleanliness!!! On the naked eye, the beds, sheets all appear to be clean, but they're full of bacteria. Regret staying in the hotel

Over price compare with comfort

General Manager (Mr. Anoop) good & helpful. Room was spacious and nice to stay.

Staff lie about the facilities and cleanliness( I shared & showed Cockroaches running on floor even room desk). Reception staff rude and non cooperative.

The Staff at Front Desk is Really Good and Helpful.Loved the Support and overall vibe at the property. I am forgetting her name but lady at front desk was really helpful and was able to even uUpgrade me

Pillows were a little tough for me

I have stayed here many times now. Excellent place. Courteous people. Smiling staff. Good kitchen. Good value for money.

-staff is polite-room decor is pleasing to the eye-they had arranged hotel staff to deliver Zomato/swiggy packets upto the room

Where should I start ?-very slow check in process -staff is polite but lacks common sense, at the time of check out, they held up a photo of dirty towel from our room in front of other customers-curtains had holes in it-room was filled with mosquitoes-soap dispenser was not working properly-ac has water dripping out of it, we had to call for servicing -there was no toilet paper in my room-room had a strange smell, we had to use a perfume -we could hear the sound of flush/water from the room near to ours-jet spray was almost un usable, because of extremely high pressure

It was horrible from start, on bathe room the sewage was blocked water was overflowing and dirty with hair. Bed was also not clean , no water no tissue paper. Their intention seems to be not to use the facility. They charged me additional 1000 for new bed but was providing on the ground, service is poor. Horrible experience

pretty basic accommodation.. noisy folks in rooms .. pricing is way too high

It was okay.

They lockdown gates at night, so you may have to wait outside and call them on phone to open it for you.

The price and WiFi.

Breakfast is extremely simple, not continentalToast, butter, jam, and 2 Indian breads and 2 curry. Coffee is only offered with full fat milkCockroaches in the room (2)No toilet paper first 2 days.Mosquitoes everywhere.

Location was perfect and Staff was extremely supportive . specially Aftab -Manager of hotel was very polite and helping person. Overall its a very good place to stay for work . i will highly recommend

Breakfast menu was very short.

Staff is very friendly and peaceful locality outside. Everything is available nearby. Didn’t get chance to even complain about single thing during 10 days. Breakfast was also good in taste and different in variety everyday

Hotel should have leisure activity options/area

it had a lift for 5th floor

it said it has iron services but it was not clean.. and was there in a store room where all used towels and bed sheets were dumped

room is okay but its not worth of money in my opinion power is not der in my total stay

they told they have put us in premium one but it is okay okay stay. we asked for en extra bed but they didnt provide we tried calling them current was not der so we couldnt call so we adjusted. when it comes to breakfast just litte amount of food and no varaities.

Value for money & Calmness

Breakfast was included, citing Covid reason didn't served, also while checking out only security guard was available, hence no check out formality etc happened neither given final bill. That was very strange, Although, I had pre informed in the previous evening for checking out early morning by 5:30 AM.

The room size is good, bed was comfortable, but it offers only basic facilities and they need to think of more improvement to deserve any star rating.

The Hotel need to think of more improvement even in basic facilities - No mirror, No clock in the room. No breakfast, lunch, dinner facilities are available in the Hotel (they say, they closed these facility due to Covid19). They are running the hotel with minimum facility, which is not acceptable to any guest I suppose. They supplied BF from outside vendor and arranged our dinner on request through Zomato. This Hotel does not deserve any star rating - just a basic budget hotel. Booking.com should be careful in proposing this hotel to guests with high ranking. I suggest, please stop this kind of marketing style - this is not ethical from Booking.com site. I was wrongly recommended by booking.com for my earlier visits to Bhutan and Paris. Please correct your marketing style before losing customers to other sites.
