Cleanliness and maintenance is bad. Bad stretch in public corridors. Had to change rooms due to plumbing issues

High room quality, very committed, kind and helpful staff, good Indian restaurant downstairs. Very good vibe! Clean and well equipped. We moved somewhere else after a night and we regretted that we did not stay at the Red Liverpool hotel but it was too late to cancel and come back. Definitely recommending the Red Liverpool hotel for people traveling with a car or taxi. Great place!

Some work in progress (subway line in construction) in May 2024 makes it a bit difficult to get a bus nearby. If you have a car, no issue.

1. Dim lighting, with the absence of bedside light and Table lamp; making reading/writing difficult. 2. Non functioning of AC controls in Room no 310, because of which, we were shifted to 312, in the night. 3. Absence of TV channels list, making the selection difficult.

Staffs are very friendly but some doesn’t speak English and not really helpful.

Before our arrival to BLR i have sent a message through booking.com regarding my arrival and i have requested for airport pick up service. Since i was traveling with my 16 days small kid and came for her medication i do not wanted to wait at the airport but unfortunately I didn’t get any response. Also when we arrived it was 22:30 or late and we asked for foods but unfortunately the receptionist said “No our restaurant is closed and you can order foods from Zomato” yes he gave me the option but i came here for my very first time and i have no idea however the other person help me with ordering foods from Zomato. Overall staffs are very polite and helpful. The most disappointing thing is we found mosquitoes in our room and our small baby has mosquito bites.

The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Cleaning was done very nicely.

1. Bathrooms need upgrading2. There were 2-3 cockroaches in the bathroom3. Hotel is clean, but the outside is not, since it's right on the roadside.4. Charging sockets gave a lot of trouble.

It was a great experience with Liverpool, Staff is so supportive with door-to-door service, Rooms and cleanliness are nice.
