Food and staff services are good

Cockroaches are there. The rooms are not properly cleaned.

They didn't provided breakfast.I booked for double occupancy for two persons.Which we checked in we checked in two different room as single oocupancy in sa. E tariif. For one person only they given break fast. Not fair, one additional room booked, hotel earned more, still they didn't offered breakfast

No proper cleaning, no hot water and landline was not working.I booked double bed, but they given single bed since they don't have the availability.

At the arrival, i was warmly welcomed by reception staff. The room was spacious and view from room is very nice with sort They arrange cab for local sightseeing also. Overall Excellent service. Definitely recommend to all the traveller

it was an amazing experience to stay very neat and clean room and very supportive staff. food was amazing.also situated at very prime location and very budget friendly. an amazing place to stay with family.

Very less frequent room cleaning and towel change, no room service, room fixtures are old, some molding

Firstly, there is no concept of free breakfast there. You need pay Rs 100 per person per day, though in booking.com it was marked as free breakfast. secondly, if you are going single, they will allocate you in a small room ( but if you refuse the take then they may shift you in other room but this is subject to availability. In my case i was shifted 2 days later). Staffs are good and humble. It will take some time for them to respond but thats ok. Plenty of eateries near by, roof top bar is a plus point.

They overcharged me..more than what was mentioned in the site....rooms were not maintained well...bathroom accessories were rusted..lights not working...tv not working...bath towels , soap etc were not provided intially

Everything except the location & cleaning staff was disappointing in my stay here.I have booked standard double room and give single room. The sockets of the room were broken and were out of the socket board. The hotel administration needs to work on the room hygiene (this I am saying for the room allocated for me). I was not provided the wifi and told it is not part of package for my booking which I did using booking.com. Due to the fact that no hotel rooms available nearby, I had to stay here for a week. The cleaning staff members were courteous. The thing which baffled me the most was that when manager saw that I have booking for one week for approx 10K price, he told how booking.com allocated you at such low price. TV not working.

1. The water in the flush was leaking continuosly for 4 days.2. Gyser not working3. This was the third room i tried. Other 2 were smelling.4. Cockroachs in the room5. Open hole in the bathroom.6. TV not working.7. Flooring was broken.8. No tooth paste.9. Most of the lights in the room not working.

first of all when I reached there I was told they did not have my booking. then they say they did not have any spare rooms either. and this was at 2:30am in the morning. thankfully someone was checking out at the time and I had to plead them to allot that room to me.

Very bad

The room and hotel very dirty and nothing was cleanI payed extra 500 ru to get the room otherwise they told to wait 4 hours, as per booking confirmation the check in from 6:30 am ,but in receiptation told the checking will start at 12 :00 pm and asked to pay the 500bfor early check in

The location of the establishment

Cleanliness. No amenities. Bathroom had to toilet paper or hand soap. Soap used by last guest was still there.

This was the only decent thing about the property

The bathroom smelt like a gutter. The tap water was hardly usable as it had a foul taste and smell.Cockroaches were moving around the room freely as if it's their first home. Looks like this is some staff quarter which was given to me inspite of an advance booking of one month. Shame on OYO for pumping up the rating for such a horrible property. I have lost my trust in OYO. WI-FI is as good as the 2G connection we used 12 years back.This junk property should be delisted from the platform. An Andhra mess would have been a better investment.Service is non existent.
