FabHotel Oakwey Inn - Indiranagar

Rooms as described in pictures and very clean property. Good value for money and pretty nicely located on the not so busy side of hundred feet road in indiranagar

The room was clean, and met my expectations. I really liked the touch of adding the kettle in the room. It came in very handy. The washroom was very clean and tidy, water heater was available, shower towels were provided.

The apartment was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to leave our things with the hotel for a whole day after checking out. Generally very friendly and helpful staff during the day. Housekeeping will clean and change your sheets everyday so if you don’t want this then let them know.

Always ur service are good I have been multiple times good response from crew members.

Room was clean and maintained well

Relatively inexpensive, quiet, good area near, small breakfast included

The robot wrote a lot of messages constantly and very persistent in asking for an advance payment, they are scaring me that there are almost no rooms, although I have booked, and they do not respond to any requests.

Good location and very clean roomsMy stay was nice. Had a very comfortable time here. Good service. Good staff. Cleanliness and hygiene was up to the mark.

Nothing was an issue during the stay

Everything is very good but the service staff is very fast . Food is excellent ? ? ? thank u so much Mr.George and Mr. Jiten

The location and staff hospitality was awesome staff doing food service in the restaurant was so kind and helpful went out of the way in the most gracious manner. Will definitely return to this hotel

The location was for me very good. The room was clean.

The room was stuffy, but quite clean. I had the room next to the reception, so sometimes it was quite noisy.

Not happy

Breakfast was very bad..not many options..They could charge a few bucks and give a decent Breakfast instead of making it free and giving a bad experience. The room smelled like someone was smoking in there. I had to change my room due to the smell

Irrelevant as they said booked, confirmed room is not available, when i reached hotel

I booked room via booking.com and got confirmed. Drove almost 10 hours to reach hotel around 10:30-11 at the night with family and hotel said there is no booking. Fabhotel support then said there was a technical mistake and then offered another stay in another fabhotel which was not convenient for me. I had to find another hotel myself during that tired late night. Fabhotel is not even willing to refund amount I made against booking. They are repeating wrong justifications that i asked them to change hotel which they cannot. I have the booking confirmation, call recordings with fabhotel helpdesk, email communications etc.. to prove them wrong. As i understand, the issue is in the coordination between fabhotel and booking.com.

Poor

They said they are booked and didn’t give me the booking room but they charged from themselves

I HAD BOOKED THE HOTEL WITH BREAKFAST BUT WHEN I CHECKED IN THEY CHARGED ME FOR BREAKFAST.

BREAFAST CHARGES INCLUDED BEFORE BOOKING THE HOTEL AND LATER ON CHARGES RECOVERED WHEN CHECKED IN.

staff was accommodating and nice

crowded reception area

Good location , value for money, clean, professional and safe

Website showed, different pictures of room which was misleading.

Its clean room and size big.Manerger is very kind and helpful

Very kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms with all amenities. And the food menu for lunch and dinner was amazing. Would be happy to come here again soon.

It was reasonably priced.

The location is not ideal for single women. The reception guy tried to con me by inflating the bill, I caught him.

just location

soo many things- the server couldn’t understand basic English. breakfast was horrible. ppl outside the building are creepy

Modern and clean

Strong chemical spray smell which agitated my chest
