Room and cleanliness, clarity in the billing

Hot water did not get

Ordered some food that was nice and quick service. Cleanliness was good.

Behavior of all the staff members was nice especially at the reception counter.

Staffs behaviour was really very good.Clean room and nice food.

Bad quality room, blood stains on the sheets, sheets were dirty and stinky bad. Toilet was very bad

The worst part is their restaurant. Never even try to take a chance. One of the worst food I have ever tasted and delay and bad response. Moreover, they don't allow outside food.

The bathroom’s bucket and mug were broken and not replaced. The camod plate was broken and not replaced … no toilet tissue available, they said we could get only in the next day morning

landed at mid night my room was given away they gave me a different hotel nearby. had to pay only cash. There was not even a kettle in the room. Was a disaster. Booking.com should not support these hotels

1. Nothing in particular 2. Although, we had paid up the full required amount while checking in, at the time of Check out, their computer system did not reflect that payment. So, we had to show the details, and the Desk staff took a Snap Shot of it, for records.

The very first thing i liked about the hotel was the welcome from a receptionist. I guess her name was Tahora. She was very gentle and welcoming. Bed was good and well maintained.

What i didn't like was , Geyser was not working, I should call the Room service to enable the geyser and also enable the TV channels to watch. Why would you wait for us to call and tell you to turn on these necessary services. These should have been enabled before we check in. Even towels were missing so we had to call 3 times to get them.

Rooms are comfortable and the stay is pleasantWe felt comfortable, and the staff is courteous

There are no more options to choose your favorite dinner,all items of menu not available.Location is about 10 km from airport.Staff is googPlace was very peaceful.

Average facilities , cleaning part little bit low !!

Beds were good because I was travelled with my brother so we got two twin beds and that help us to get a comfortable sleep

it was cold there . there must be an extra blanket.

The main course in lunch and dinner are too good, had jeera rice and dal makhni for dinner which was exceptional.

Pest control to be done in room. Encountered couple of cockroaches and insects. The south India breakfast(dosa) needs to be improved and is not value for money.

Room was amazing... However Breakfast only had chefs choice. Cleanliness was decent enough. Could improve on the food menu and speed of service
