Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, An Accor Hotels Brand

I was treated like gold and the staff is incredible. I needed very strong wifi for a presentation and they made sure someone came to help me. The food, the room, the whole hotel was exceptional.

Too much perfume in the main lobby! Less scent!

Excellent breakfast with a lot of healthy options. Loved the great service from folks like Uma (restaurant), Madan (concierge)

THe suite was large with two bedrooms and a living room and shower facilites were very comfortable

The room wasnt clean the first day , kids had dust mites allergy so they go sick the first day , after cleaning they were ok

I recently stayed at the Grand Mercure Gopalan Mall Bengaluru, and while the hotel was clean and the room itself was comfortable, the overall experience fell far short of expectations for a 5-star property.

Staff were largely unresponsive to even basic room requests — including repeated calls for essentials like toilet paper, which is simply unacceptable. Room service was also underwhelming, both in quality and responsiveness.The final frustration came during checkout, when the card payment authorisation taken at check-in failed to process properly, resulting in a double hold on funds on my card. This lack of professionalism at the front desk left a lasting poor impression.Overall, the stay felt more like a 3-star experience — clean, but lacking in service, attention to detail, and basic hospitality.

High tea was advertised as a complimentary option - but was dark, unwelcoming and food was very limited and poor quality and no tea available for 20 min

Nice and traditional outlook with a very pleasant view and atmosphere and awesome fragrance throughout. Bed in the room was also pretty good

The room did not meet the same expectations as the overall property. Particularly, placement of things were not ergonomically setup; specifically in the bathroom. The room was fancy but I wouldn’t say it was the most comfortable

Such incredible staff - so helpful. The bed was a dream and the location was perfect. So many little thoughtful touches that made the stay a delight.

I stayed there for 7 days to explore Banglore . The first day was not good due to some food service issues, which were highlighted and then resolved . The service after that was excellent, and the staff was welcoming. The ambience is great, and the location is also great.

North Indian has fewer food options on morning and night buffet, which could be improved .

The staff was excellent—very caring and helpful.The rooms were impeccably clean.The hotel is very well-located, with easy connections to other parts of the city via metro and tram.There are great restaurants nearby offering all types of cuisines.The area has lovely walking spots for evening strolls.Plenty of parking space is available, and the hotel arranges parking in advance (just share your car number plate details). Parking is free of charge for the duration of your stay.The hotel provides tourist cards, which offer discounts for some popular attractions in Prague.

The restaurant could be a bit more spacious as it can get crowded at times.The elevator is small and sometimes there is a bit of a wait.

Excellent service from checking in and checking out process, front office and service people are welcoming and trying to accommodate all the requests without any hassle.Decided to upgrade to suite. We had a great time at the hotel for all the three nights.Food is good,cleaning is good, overall I would rate high for my accommodation.

The service provided by the staff was excellent. Dipankar from house keeping cleaned the rooms very well. Mahesh at the reception was extremely helpful. Vikram the head chef made sure that our meals were prepared according to our taste and very provided on time. Abul and Uma ( in the dining area) were very cooperative and helpful. Manoj helped my mum with wheel chair from dining area to our room.

The hotel was very convenient located, the rooms were good size, staff was courteous, internet was good. The bed was comfortable

The food in the restaurant was very average, we couldn't even get a filter coffee correctly. The rooms though large we're very average and had a run down feel, particularly the bathroom. I requested a drop just across the road but was refused

Room (closet) smelled dusty and very bad. I wiped down and sprayed colon but did not go away. My friend who stayed there commented the same.
