Asking for the double rates.

I have booked the hotel in 1000 rs. But they were asking for 1800 per night. And didn't allow for check in.

Staff was very rude wanted to cancel the room and pay extra for the stay i would suggest not to pick this place

Pathetic experience. I was looted was hotel. Booking.com booking weren’t considered coz I have already paid to booking.com. They said we don’t get money from booking.com and I had to book again room on the reception. They didn’t even processed for refund

Only thing is, its the cheapest I could find in that prime location

its a budget room. the bedsheets were oily. I asked them to change. they said they will change. But, no one came to the room. Also, no towel, toileteries. Even floor was sticky.

in terrible condition—unclean, poorly maintained, and far from what was advertised. It was clear that hygiene and basic upkeep were not a priority here.However, the worst part was the staff’s behavior. Not only were they rude and unprofessional, but they also used foul language among themselves—assuming I wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately for them, I did, and when I called them out on it, they showed no remorse. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry.If you check Google reviews, you’ll see that many others have had similar issues. It’s shocking that booking platforms still list this hotel despite repeated complaints. As a personal suggestion, Booking.com should reconsider its tie-up with this property to maintain its reputation.I strongly advise travelers to stay away from this hotel—you’ll only end up regretting it.

The location.

The room and bed were very dirty with stains. Bathroom did not have running water in the sink and in the toilet. Only tap water was available and a bucket. There was no dustbin in the room. A corner of the bathroom had a hole with pipes running through and there was some garbage dumped there. I did not stay for the night, but I arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time. They charged me 50% extra for early check in.

The staff’s behaviour is so bad that you can’t tolerate for a second. If you complain of the basic flaws in the room, he will ask you to go to some other place or book 5-star hotel.

There was no proper facility in the room and even the staff were also very harsh and outside of the hotel they outed 999 for the room but they have charged 100 rupees extra i don't know why?. And even heavy masquitos in the room. So if anybody wants to stay in nearby marthalli kindly check with other options.

Hotel didn’t have the booked room so I had to pay the regular amount even after booking

Best budget friendly room near Marathahalli. Stay was friendly. If you book through booking.com, please pay at the property. Don't pay advance amount if you get any call from OYO or Customer care.

Don't expect any ambience. You will get value for money during your stay

Staffs are unprofessional.....They abused in slang language to me when I got a little late to check out .... Very bad behaviour of the staffs

THEY DIDN'T EVEN ALLOW US TO ACCOMODATE ONE ROOM AND INSTEAD THEY ASKED US TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL WHEN WE REACHED TO THAT HOTEL.We are actually from Andhra Pradesh and this is what we experienced when we reached to that hotel.Staff was really cruel with no heart feeling's. Really disappointed with booking.comI forgot to mention onething.....they are saying like we will not provide any rooms that booked from booking.com.....then why that hotel is showing in booking.com????are we fools or what!!!!This is not at all good experience. Only the location is good

The hotel is not at all as shown in pictures they have 2 properties its old very old property very poorly maintained when you go to check in they send you to other property and charge extra money without bill rooms were not at all hygienic dirty washroom not provided with towel neither soap kit not even a table or chair in room they took 1200 for 600 room very pathetic misleading ad. Never go there..
