- This hote has Comunication problem .I booked this hotel all most one month before that time the manager told me extra mattres is free .i even called them from uae 3 times and they said yes & confirmed .But At the time of chekin they did not infom about the price of extra mattress. During checkout they charged me for 3 night 750 Rs Extra .Bathroom was not well maintained. The toilet was dirty with a seat broken. The room was full of dust and the hkpg was not coming even if you inform.I had to clean the room myself.I Request to the booking.com refund my money & drop this hotel rating.This is just simple lodge .Its not suitable for an international traveller.

- It is located adjacent to a busy highway and a metro station. The rooms closer to the highway have no sound proofs. It is difficult to sleep due to the noise, even if you close the windows. Further, most of the staff only speak the local language.
- room service / i feel the charges is like for 3star hotels but is not even 2 start costly for the room and service what we pay
- I like the Restaurant .The Food is excelent .They Respond very quickly .In the Reception one of the new employee Ms Divya is very helpfull at the time of checkout
