Rooms are really nice. Pillows are very comfy for me. Breakfast is very good. Staff is helpful.

Location is the only challenge for me. Getting there from the Airport is not user friendly. Not very many restaurants within walking distance to the hotel but that is slowly changing. Can use a rickshaw to get to other places within 5-10 minutes.

Start to finish, this hotel was one of best overall places I¿ve stayed for the price. Everything is Great. It easily compares with places 3+ times the cost in Bangalore city. I plan to return when in the area AND this review is of my extension of my stay

Don¿t wait until the last 10 minutes to get your breakfast. There isn¿t a lot of other businesses nearby. Once the Highway project is complete, a rickshaw will be needed to go to other parts of the area.

Breakfast was great.

Bathrooms should have been better.Curtain on class window where light was there even during night. There were no windows which were opening to outside of property.

The hotel is a good choice for visiting nearby tourist spots like KORATI / KOLAR / NANDAGUDI etc.The room is quite spacious. And breakfast buffet is really good. Lots of choices. The aromatic vapours in the corridors is a nice touch.

There was some discrepancy.I had to pay a little more than what Booking.com listed.

We liked the breakfast and the bar.

The 1st room offered was not a suite, was offered one after asking and waiting, but the cable connection was not working - it took them almost an hour to fix it. However the connection was lost after we stepped out and came back - had to again wait for it to be fixed n lost privacy. Ended being in the room without an internet connection. There was no recreation room.

The property was good but the food was extremely horrible. Literally the oats had insects in it. Oats had a mushy texture so I was feeding them to my 1 yr old baby.. but saw that it was full of insects.That was completely unhealthy! When shown to the manager, he said it doesn’t cause any problem. That was really disgusting

Swimming pool water was very dirty. Beds were tooo soft. Could not sleep.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – WORST SERVICE EVER!I stayed at this hotel on 13th and 14th March 2025 in Room 309, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I’ve never experienced such incompetence and lack of professionalism at any hotel before.PATHETIC STAFF RESPONSE AND SERVICE:The staff’s response was beyond unacceptable. The WiFi never worked despite making over 20 calls to reception. They kept sending different teams, but none of them could fix it. The staff was rude, clueless, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue.DISGRACEFUL ROOM SERVICE:I ordered a simple sandwich, and it took over 1 hour to deliver — even after reminding them 15 times! How difficult is it to make and deliver a sandwich? The level of negligence and disinterest from the staff was shocking.INCOMPETENT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:The check-in and check-out processes were a complete disaster — slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. The staff clearly had no idea what they were doing, and it felt like they were intentionally wasting my time.UNRESOLVED BILLING ISSUE – COMPLETE FAILURE:To make things worse, during check-out, I wasn’t even given my food bill because of a so-called "server issue." It’s been FIVE DAYS, and after speaking with multiple staff members and explaining the same problem over and over again, I’m STILL waiting for the bill! Every time I’m told it’ll be fixed in 10 minutes — and yet, NOTHING has been resolved.This hotel is a complete disgrace. The staff is untrained, the service is pathetic, and management clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I strongly advise everyone to AVOID this place at all costs...!

Behaviour of staff

Best location for couples and families. Away from noise pollution and midst of mountains. Amazing place to spend time with friends and family. The hotel staffs and House keeping member's were very friendly and caring. The buffet breakfast was yummy and tasty spread over different types of cuisines. Loved and enjoyed the rooftop pool which was maintained very clean. Really enjoyed every moment and the environment maintain very tidy and clean.

Nothing to comment

This property is located away from the city, but ideal for visiting Narsapur / Kolar regions. The room is spacious and comfortable.The food (tried dinner & the buffet breakfast) is okayish...The housekeeping staff & those at the restaurant are courteous and helpful.

Parking spaces can be better.As a Radisson managed property, would expect someone to pick my baggage on arrival (from the car) for checkin.Keeping air-freshners functional, rather than being turned off, in common areas would be welcoming.A bill wasn't provided for the payment made against the booking. The reception staff can be a tad more efficient.

They overcharged me by £500 at checkout and refuse to issue a refund or respond to emails.

No hot water in the evening and the swimming pool was under maintenance

Staff response was very disappointing, the service was slow and not Upto mark. Hot water was not at all hot, it was just warm and no response from staff even after multiple complaints

Nothing was good here.

The room smelled like dead RAT.When I have complaint they came and put colin on curtain.The AC was not cooling at all.After 3 hours of complaint they have changed the room .The food was Okay in variety but not on taste.The swimming pool was unclean and unguarded The location is very bad from view point.Nothing was open there like gym,spa,retail store . Nothing was functioning.You can just go and stay in smelly room.The menu is quite expensive.

Good room. Clean, nice bed.

Middle of nowhere. Breakfast average. Shower was only ever warm not hot. Pool is not very clean with algae visible on the tiles on the bottom.

Clean and neat but buffet lunch and dinner is expensive and even the room rent is quite expensive

Cost of food and variety

The pool was so unhygienic not at all cleaned, so could'nt enjoy the pool, also there were power cuts multiple times.

Overall good experience with the staff and nice comfy room.

Pricing

It shudnt be tagged as a 5 star property, amenities are not there. Like hair dryer… car parking is pathetic. The security is least bothered to guideStaff not sure what is bread pakoda as per their menu.
