Great location, good breakfast and good check-in experience

The hotel is real value for money , the staff is very cooperative , the rooms are clean and have all required amentities for a comfortable stay. The bset thing is the availibility of taxis, stores and good food around the hotel. The staff is very prompt and helpful.

The location make its a bit noisy as its on the main road , but not enough to cause discomfort.

Excellent service by the entire team of Icon Premier Hotels (Bhagini). Each staff demonstrated quality service and had a commitment towards customer satisfaction. Right from checking in till checking out the staff was prompt, professional and exactly knew how to handle guests. It shows how quality is enforced from the top management. We definitely enjoyed and our stay and hoping to come back in our next trip to Bengaluru. Below are few members that I would like to call out.1. Deepika Yadav from the dining / restaurant was prompt and welcoming. She ensured that we got what we wanted.2. Ranjan from the room service team ensured the supplies were replenished before even we requested, this shows management's training to the staff.3. The front desk was very welcoming and helped us settle in smoothly.We loved our stay and want to express our appreciation to the entire team.Thanks.

The stay was decent

I asked for a bill copy on my email. The staff sounded so incompetent, and on call she said she couldn’t scan and send one without accounts team approval and she only has a physical copy herself. Such nonsense is not expected from a hotel that claims to be 4 star.

The hotel is excellent and pleasant, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the meals were filled with delicious dishes, although most of them were too spicy for tourists from Western countries.

Convinient location in walking distance of the nearby tech park. Quite remote from any of the nicer places to visit in Bangalore so absolutely not recommended for a touristic visit. Hotels in this area are quite expensive, this is more of a budget option. If your budget allows it best pick something else.

This hotel has seen better days. Everything is rather run down and the interior is dated. Staff is friendly but very little English is spoken. Rooms themselfs are ok and a good size, but also rather dated. Windows do not close properly which lets in much traffic noise from the nearby ring road. Bring earplugs if you are staying here. The food in the Hotel is just tolerable, but with so many great alternatives in Bangalore its best avoided.

I loved the breakfast and dinner spread. Also staff were super helpful and friendly. It made me feel like home. Staff were always smiling and so well mannered. Its the staff that made a difference.

Washroom didn't have a lock though it did have two doors. But a lock is required. Also washroom didn't have enough hangers

I don’t usually write reviews, but the restaurant food was just amazing, I’m comparing to top restaurants in Bengaluru. I had a meal at the Sheraton and at the Leela palace but the icon chef beat them. One regret I didn’t get to tip the chef. If I ever come back I’ll be dining at your restaurant again.

It’s clean and staff friendly, it’s a shame it was close to the road so you may get woken up by the lorry horns in the morning.

Everything right by from the security at the gates to the reception staff, the room service, housekeeping, the room, the restaurant,the food and the amenities.

Property is close to IT hub. But it’s not well insulated. Noise from vehicular movement was causing disturbance to sleep.

The rooms themselves were clean, had the basics and the bathroom was nice for the price of the stay

The common areas such as lift lobbies, reception, the corridor to the rooms etc were not clean and the furnishings have aged a lot. Overall the entire hotel apart from the rooms themselves needs renovation.

None. But TV Channels can be improved or can be increased. Very few channels to watch.

Bed wasnt comfy. Booking.com blocked 4.5k for the stay but at the hotel they charged 500/- extra saying booking commission.

Very good location.

Wi Fi is slow most of the time. Laundry was slow. Staff behaviour is ok, at one instance they asked me what is ur room no probably looking at my attire which is rude.

I stayed at Bhagini Icon while recovering from surgery at the nearby Sakra World Hospital and it was excellent. Credit especially goes to the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. Specific praise goes to the security team, restaurant servers, reception staff and housekeeping team who were all very approachable, always smiling and made my stay very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious too. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay in Bangalore.

On many occasions I witnessed the restaurant manager act very disrespectfully to the waiters and waitresses, which was not nice to see.
