Clear bathroom doors. Water coming from bathroom to rooms. Compliments were provided only on request.

Nothing except the brand name

Horrible staff and rooms extremely small and dingy . The food quality is horrible. Will not recommend to stay as this not at all holiday inn standard.

No proper facilities provided, such indecent staff. I was charged double for my stay and they used my credit card without my consent.

the only good thing was tht it was a known chain! thts it! it was the worse holiday inn stay i ever had

carpet was v unclean. toilet stinked so much we had to request for room change. the orientation of room was v uncomfortable and the room was so tiny i had to keep my luggage on the bed and basically slept with the luggage! the recepetionist couldnt care less abt the service they r providing. they even misplaced some medicines that was delivered to them and at first denied that they recieved it but it was later with their security guards! these ppl dont communicate to each other. they told me i would get a room change in 15 mins but my room was not even changed when i came to hotel after 7 hrs of staying outside. i can go on and on. we tried to move out to another hotel even but cudnt find another hotel last minute hence we got stuck in tht hell

There is no hangers to keep towels in bathroom. and bathroom has no latch .you spill water alll over the room. Since wash basin placed inside bedroom. Room is too small for two people. No place to keep your luggage [ For two suitcases ].

The location was good and had many malls and accessibility like Train and Bus

The Room was too small and no proper cabinet to hand the Cloths. Apart from that the bath room and toilet was also too small. Charged for the Early Check in which could have been complementary.

The size of the room is decent for a one member stay. It might become crowded for 2.I was only having a backpack, so it was fine but otherwise there isn't any space. The complimentary breakfast was good. There is a mall nearby in walking distance where one can go for lunch or dinner. That being said, Swiggy works just fine. The stay was comfortable overall. And it's safe - specially if a solo female traveller is concerned.

Size of rooms too small. Not too great food

The rooms are very small. Fortunately, I had a room at the back of the hotel so there was no street noise. Breakfast was pretty decent.

Plus Points: Friendly Staff taking extra care. Cleanliness. Location, Hospital close by.

Not so Plus: The Breakfast - Cant say much about the spread and the service. I learnt only here that even Idli can be spoilt. One person was complaining that the bread had fungus and after I had eaten a portion !!!

Clean rooms and bathrooms, thoughtfully designed interiors and spaces. Staff are quick to respond to calls, and needs are met promptly. Every basic facility one may expect from a hotel of this stature is fulfilled above and beyond.

The entrance to the hotel is rather small - easy to miss for a guest expecting a proper reception upon arrival.

There’s no concierge. Poor room allotment. Had to change rooms. Delayed laundry service. Had to load my own laundry after calling and nil response. Then asked reception to inform laundry service to continue with drying and was told to wait in laundry room. After a long wait no one came and asked reception again and was told it cannot be done. Wiping tables while I’m still having breakfast is not nice. Removing plates is fine but can wait till I finish breakfast to wipe tables. The spray can get into food and coffee. Thank you

breakfast was good and convenient for everyone on the go.

Having the sink facing the bed was a little odd and there was very little storage space to keep items when unpacking. the in room dining menu could be expanded a little.

The rooms are small but meets basic needs. Clean bed linen, comfortable bed, basic amenities available makes it easy and comfy. A good breakfast spread and the food is good and I enjoyed it. Professional staff and everything is executed to perfectly. Good place to stay

Good staff with a professional approach. The restaurant was good with a good variety of food.

The toilet wasn't' clean as expected. The walls are very thin...it even shakes when your neighbour closes their door.

Disappointing

It was a hole in the wall kind of room. Very cramped. Basic amenities like wardrobe are lacking
