- Hotel staff is extremly rude, rooms were not like shown, only thing that they care is money, also hotel staff shouts at the customer in front of their guests for no good reason
- the room assigned was missing some services (I think it was an inferior category room) and had no breakfast included. I complained with the reception but they ignored me , I then asked booking to step in and they provided the breakfast.
