Caramel Hotel

It is hard to name the place hotel .it is like an old hustle .

Every thing was worn out and old .there were nov refrigerator in the room or pantry.

No complementary breakfast, no newspaper, cost of even tea was higher than 5 star hotels. Menu card is of 5 -7 star hotels but food quality is worst

Food rate Laundary facilitynewspaperwall was peeled off in roomlots of insects & bugs inside the peeled wall

Staff was cordial, but that's all

Exorbitant rates fir food like tea would cost you 200, no basic common things like newspaper, complementary breakfast, no parking space, no driver dormitory, wall paper was peeled off, no maintenance of property, tea pot is damaged etc soap holder in bathroom missing etc

Terribly tiny room, with smelly bathroom, with stains on the curtain and a dead lizard on the glass.

The bathroom was smelly and no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the curtains were not clean and the room had dark spots near bathroom door

The standard room had moss all over the walls. There was a cockroach on the bedpost and the toilets were stinking. Would not recommend this place at all.

Nothing to like about Caramel Hotels. It was a nightmare!!

Rooms are infected by cockroaches and rats. Bedsheets, pillow covers, towels are stained and not washed. The pillow and mattress had stains and it was extremely dirty. Bed bugs in the mattress. Extreme foul smell was coming from the room entrance. I booked it for 3 nights and had to leave the hotel after spending 1 sleepless night.

The check-in time of the hotel was 12 but even by 12:45, they were unable to provide a room... The bathroom ceiling was falling down. And the Hand faucet of the toilet was also leaking and not working.

It was unclean especially the washroom where there was a bad smell coming

the bathroom smells very bad . found worm in washroom and floor . not able to sleep because of noise of birds.

the stay for decent price

the access card which someone else had could open the door even after I was inside the room , other person with different card could open the doorso safety wise it wasn’t secure

The location was good, the room was spacious.

The hotel staff give us room which was next to roof and the ceiling of that room was of some thin wood or thin sheet and whole afternoon when we were in room we were continuosly getting noises from pegions, I complianted several times but hotel staff just told us they they will look into this matter and resolve the issue but they dint do anything about it.So next time when you are visiting this hotel don't take that room which is near the room.Even after booking premium room, we got that noisy room.

The A/c was making noise the whole time and one corner of the wall was torn out .
