Treebo Global Stay, Jayanagar

Everything is good near to metro Breakfast is also good room is neat and clean.

Whenever I left room i gave for cleaning. They replaced the coffee, tea and water. Made the bed.

They didn't clean floor not the bathroom.

Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The staff also have good attitude.

The locality is bad, noisy and kinda irritating. Bathrooms are very small with low ventilation.

Great location and economic pricing. Excellent facilities. Very courteous and helpful staff

There is nothing which i dint like about the property its just that u can choose a balcony which has road side view and the balcony is small

The location of the property is excellent though the Room was too small; however, for the room charges, it seems alright. The staff were quite affable and responsive. The breakfast was OK, but it started only at 8-30 AM

The TV programs were not available, though the TV was functioning. Hot water was not available and in the current weather left with no option other than cold water bath. Bath cleanliness to be improved, as there are stains in the wall tiles.

Location is a nice residential neighborhood of jayanagar. Room was ok. Room service could have been better.

The bathroom was small. Saw a cockroach the first day. No view from my room and no opportunity for sunlight.

Pathetic experience

Outside cooked breakfast, Very different from pictures posted, many items not available, not worthRooms also very small, plastic glasses in room.

They don’t tell you about breakfast unless you ask about it

Staff friendliness, Clean hotel and room. Cool surrounding with trees. Breakfast bought from oustide which is decent. AC soom had also fans which was plus. Good amount of charging points with kettle and coffee/tea facilities.

1. Room not cleaned daily unless asked. 2. No decent restaurants around hotel as it does not have in house dinning. 3. Doors shut rapidly which is risky. 4. Total room charges collected upfront despite paying 50% 5. Few insects crawling but room appears cleaned with working amenties. 6. No Instructions given for wifi or breakfast unless asked and no instructions to contact reception or room Service. 7. Booking.com confirmation received however Treebo confirmation was on hold unless 50% paid to hotel which is conflict on what is told in website and actual.

Staff were very helpfull, room was modern and well appointed, breakfast was good. Handy location. Good TV reception with access to youtube.

Bathroom had a musty smell but NO evidence of rodents. The bedroom was spotless. Good hot water.

Wish we received bigger room like before and washrooms can be a little cleaner with a dustbin so that we can use the tissues

Myself and my daughter stayed there it was good and safe to stay cleanliness is very good and provided wifi and whatever they're mentioned and good service and staffs are very good and reaching to place is very easy it's recommended to stay only for TV viewers channels can be improved.
