The bathroom had a weird smell. Otherwise everything is good.

Room size. Not much of disturbance.

1. Rooms (at least 1 of them) was smelly.2. Breakfast was mentioned to be complementary - but they charged us for the breakfast.

Nothing appealed and we sought alternate accommodation.

They failed to mention that we’re busy with construction and the noise was unbearable. The tv was not working, the ceiling fan was hanging out of the ceiling, not very safe when above the bed. The door didn’t close either. When we approached the Manager he referred us to their head office, instead of trying to assist.

Complimentary Breakfast was very poor u would add some seasonal fruits and many food options..

Easy to locate, good parking, staff availability is good.

The breakfast was not that great.

The beds were great. The room size was good. Clean bathrooms. So was the lighting and furniture. The corridors were clean and well-maintained. There were two great restaurants on the ground foor and behind. One seemed to be a Kerala restaurant and the other, a Punjabi dhabba.

The breakfast was mediocre, to say the least. It needs to be improved. The room smelled strongly of cheap floor disinfectant and took over a day to disappear. Funnily enough, they supplied only masala chai tea bags. When I asked for regular tea bags, the lady at the reception was rather curt. She said she'd get it for me, but then seemed to ignore my request.

While checking in they charged 500 rs extra for the 3rd adult even though 2 double bed rooms were booked. Felt cheated and very disappointed.Ruined my mood for the day !!

Very far off location, no hot water in shower, bad wifi, wouldn't recommend.

We booked triple occupancy room, but they gave us double occupancy room and 1 extra bed which is very suffocating... Rooms and hotel inside smells very bad, no proper ventilation.. no proper air circulation.. Food is not that great...

Friendly Staff and Good Location.

The AC was not working on my last stay. Even it's raining outside the room was hot, called the reception and they advised to make the temperature adjustments and still it was not working.

While booking the room in the booking.com app it showed amenities including complementary breakfast but at the hotel they did not allow complementary breakfast.bookimg .com could not be contacted .very bad service

Spacious rooms, friendly accommodating staff, bus stop and auto stand just outside the hotel. Had a really pleasant stay.

The staff was helpful and proactive.Overall the room is clean and in good condition, which was sufficient for just a short night during road trip.

Its a small room and a queen bed. The mattress was a bit too soft for us. The bathroom was smelling and need to be refurbished. Noise coming from the corridors as people were talking.
