The room was nice.

The reception staff, both the young woman and the old man, were exceptionally unpolite. They went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome. I had a two night stay, but after the first night itself, the very next morning the receptionist called me on my mobile and spoke to me very rudely. He told me it was past my check out time. This is at 11.40 am, when I still have another day's stay left with them. The manner in which the man spoke to me made me feel terrible. When I approached him in person and mentioned this, he said, this is his tone, and this is how he spoke to everyone.

The Hotel Administration (not the hotel) Treebo Papillon Palace, sent in 2.5 days aprox 50 emails with payment links,The payment links are NOT for foreigner, it is only for Indians, with indian account, Indian credit cards, or Indian Payment apps.They CANCELED without authorization of booking.com my reservation.Very annoying this administrating company who does the administrive work for the hotel.There is NO Telephone number to be reached (also not the one in the website.BED was very bad,

Typical bad odour /smell emanating from the rooms. I could not stay even for one hour and had checked out in the first one hour of my checked-in. Paid Rs. Rs 3705/- while checking out and will never recommend such property. I moved to THE PEARL OCEAN Hotel located just next door. I wonder how did you recommend me for stay in such filthy TREEBO PAPPILON hotel . You should refund my payment of Rs 3705/- for your misdeed.Ashok Wasson

The room was clean and quite spacious. There was always hot water available, though it wasn't needed since it's summer. Staff helpful and kind.

Nothing of major consequence. But if there is a covered car park, it would be nice. It helps in summer.

Bed too short.They do not replenish consumables, even water bottle which is supposedly complimentary. Sadly extra bedsheets provided had tears in them. Water heater is too small, capacity wise. I had to take a break during my bath so I could get hot water. The lady receptionist was haughty. When I informed her of the heater, she said they provided the best.

Breakfast terrible. Looked like it had just been sitting there for 4 hours. Had to ask for more butter. The tables weren’t cleaned. The entire restaurant needs to be redone and air conditioning installed.

We were scammed. Automated phone number never gets picked up. The first time ever since i started using your app, I got scammed. My 80 yr old parents, kids, and wife total of 6 were stranded without anywhere to go in the middle of the night. They overbooking the property, booking cancelled after we arrived the property. Booking.Com should verify the phone numbers before accepting the partners. Stay away from treebo... I will put an extremely negative review on Google review as well... i have travelled to almost 80 countries. you can't imagine how frustrating it is to get scammed in your own country. Poonja International was kind to accept us in the night. Booking.com agreed to help us to pay the difference in cost between treebo and Poonja. BTW property manager informed that it's not the first time he had experienced with treebo. They overbook and once guest arrives, they cancel and offer alternate property which is 15 km away from the earlier offered one. Manager at Pappilon was kind enough to get us a rickshaw to transfer us to poonja at 0100 hrs. He allowed us to have our dinner at the reception.

Water was chargeable.wifi password wasnt provided on arrival.the same room was available at much cheaper price online.

Hotel located at best location. The places around hotel are in good radius which saves time and less tiring. The topography of Mangalore is added advantage to the hotel location.

The breakfast is included in the rent, but they had no restaurant of their own. Hence, no tea/coffee and snack/food once the breakfast is over. Refreshment is game changer. Having said that I am staying at same hotel for my next visit to Mangalore.

Dear Sir/Madam,Over the past few years, whenever we visited Mangalore, my family and I have always stayed at your hotel. You may check your records for confirmation. On June 1st, I booked a room and, due to travel delays, we arrived late at the hotel. Upon our arrival, we requested to inspect the room before making the payment.Unfortunately, we were provided with one of the worst rooms, which had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, but the front desk staff refused and later suggested that we open the door to air out the smell. This was rude and disrespectful, especially given that it was 11:30 PM. My wife and I had no choice but to leave the hotel.Kindly improve your customer service
