Great location, close to everything so makes up for the obvious trouble issues with the hotel.

Poor breakfast.Limited items served cold with indifference.Though the items are south indian the taste was not.Room service is glacial.No water heater in the room - so every time you need hot drinking water it takes a good half hour to be delivered.A decent hotel which could be leaps better with good management.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay. The staff and receptionist were very professional, friendly, and cooperative during both checkin and checkout, making the whole process smooth and hassle free. There was a clear sense of inclusivity, with no discrimination at all. The room was also very decent and well maintained, making it a great choice for any traveler.

During my stay, the hot water intermittently switched to cold, and I’m unsure if this was due to high usage in other rooms. It would be great if the hot water could be maintained at a consistent temperature throughout the property, ensuring a reliable hot water supply for all guests

Shitty place I ever seen in my entire life

How can booking.com can give 3 star to this shitty place. I checked in at 1 AM in the morning , the main staff who dealt with me very unprofessional. The AC wasn’t working

Central location

For a hotel that has international in its name, this hotel does not accept international credit cards. I have had no issues at other establishments in India using my international credit card. Breakfast buffet is a joke. There is a restaurant manager who is constantly hovering around the buffet and keeps distracting guests and makes it unpleasant where he is constantly worried who is eligible for complimentary breakfast and not. Room had a sewage smell. And bathroom had mold all over the walls. The decor is all dated and filled with dust in the restaurant.

The location is prime, right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was good with simple vegetarian options, and it tasted really nice. The price is also quite reasonable.

The hotel is quite old, and it reflects in everything like mattresses, bedsheets, towels, interiors, bathroom tiles, and fittings. A proper renovation would make this one of the best hotels in the area.

We had booked hotel n doing follow up for almost 15 days continuously still when we visited there they said rooms are not available they have given room to someone else as previous day there were much customer morning 4 am they asked us to search another hotel then asked us to wait for 3 hrs our whole trip got ruined and then after that also for 10 hrs they 2500 rs which was very costly the manager somashekaran name was very rude he was not even telling sorry n arguing n speaking rudely with us not having sense to speak with customer n specially ladies plesse remove such hotel from your list don't keep such pathetic hotel in list i k not getting option upload his photo I have that video n photo of useless idiot manager y this type of people are appointed as manager they should be published strictly

Ir was reasonably comfortable. Close vicinity to the station made it convenient

I didn’t like anything about the room. Most of the facilities mentioned on Booking.com were not provided. Please don’t list facilities that you do not actually offer.

The first room they gave me had no hot water, a dirty washroom, and a broken main door lock. After I complained, they moved me to another room, but that room had no towels, so I had to bring them from the previous room. It’s clear the staff do not inspect rooms before assigning them to guests.

I stayed at Poonja International in Mangalore on 26th June. The location is really convenient — it’s close to both the bus stand and railway station, which made travel easy.The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was amazing — always ready to help and very polite, which really made the stay pleasant. The restaurant was also good, and overall, at this price point, the hotel offers great value for money.Would definitely consider staying here again for a short trip!

If I had to point out something, I felt the furniture and door fittings could have been better maintained, but otherwise, the room itself was good.
