Rooms weren’t very clean, especially the washroom. There was a weird smell in the washroom. Towels were yellow and curtains were dirty as well.Breakfast buffet was disappointing as well

Convenient location closed to the train station (although not THAT close, I still had to order a taxi to get there). Room was good, quiet and clean. The location had an okay choice of restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful.

It'd be nice if the breakfast opened a bit earlier, like 8am. It's a bit odd to have the reception in the basement next to the garage, but that makes sense since that's where taxis will stop.

The way the rooms were designed. The see through window from room into washroom that was covered with a drape with mold on it. Even after letting them know, they reported they had no replacement for the drape and promised to change our room but did not do it until we repeatedly asked them to do so.

The location was good and food cost was reasonable

Breakfast was not just adequate for the number of guests staying during our days of stay. By 9:30 am breakfast was over and there was a mayhem in the restaurant leaving most with a bad impression. Staff seemed less to handle the volumes and could have been better trained to be more courteous.

Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast had lot of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful.

1. Booking was for three suites with 3 people each but rooms did not have the requested additional beds. Had to request again.2. Overall hotel smelt a bit musty- looks like there was renovation going on. So while the hotel was kind enough to get hot milk for the senior citizens from outside not having an in house restaurant was cumbersome.

The towels were stained and were torn, there were insects (biting ants). Not worth for the price, doesn’t seem like a 4 star hotel.

The staff was soooooooo nice and thoughtful. The best experience we had during our stay in India!And it was cheap for its value! Also we slept really good

Good and clean rooms with nice breakfast to start the day. ? Vegetarian breakfast is available makes it convenient!

We arrived late night, the reception was open. The staff mentioned we could have a late checkout but we were charged. We didn't even stay 20 hours there but paid a full day with extra. Other than that facilities & breakfast were good. There is no restaurant as well to host our family members there, so we had to go out again. Room have been better with nice paintings than a leopard one!

The location is ideal if you need to take the train.The rooms are quite spacious, though some are newer than others. The gym is small but rarely used, making it easy to access.The staff is very friendly and helpfully ! You can get food from the restaurant across the street—not the best, but decent. I had a delicious Dosa for breakfast.

To stay there, you must be a married couple and provide proof of it.We found a cockroach in our first room, so we requested a change. It took two hours to get a new room, but at least it was spotless.The breakfast might feel unusual for Europeans—only instant coffee instead of filtered and toasts available but no toaster.A security officer is present outside the hotel during the day, but there’s no one at night.There is constant music playing in the hallway.

The room was quiet and clean, the location was good, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful.

The security arrangements at the ground floor entry could be improved.

Clean and beautiful rooms.Clean and fresh bathroom, gym and sauna. Friendly staff. Good Breakfast Buffet. Swift room service too.

Rooms service could be a bit better with details like complete cutlery sets, bottles of water, cleaning the set table without a prompt. Breakfast buffet could have a bit more variety and the live kitchen counter is great for eggs but the dosas can be a bit better.

The location near the station was great. The staff and service was outstanding especially the manager on duty - she was very professional and anticipated and took care of every need.

In the middle of the night there were a swarm of ants that invaded my bed from underneath. I was bitten a few times and had to sleep on the small sofa at the foot. This was hopefully a one off incident (not really the fault of the staff) but I do hope they completely cleaned and sprayed the room ahead of the next occupancy.

Breakfast was quite good, rooms are well equipped. Staff was helpful with prompt service. Hot water in bathroom always worked quickly.

Cable/DTH was not working in room TV.
